i assume u don't hear it just playing the CD? if two pgms find the same glitch in the same spot and report it as accurate, perhaps the glitch exists on all such CDs of that one?
and if so, perhaps the glitch is only perceived when trying to accurately rip it? EAC has a fast mode and a burst mode, and sometimes those modes will rip a copy that doesn't have audible, or as audible glitches on my damaged CDs. a regular CD player would be closer to those modes. -- MrSinatra www.LION-Radio.org Using: Squeezebox2 (primary) / SBR (secondary) / SBC - w/SC 7.3b - Win XP Pro SP3 - 3.2ghz / 2gig ram - D-Link DIR-655 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MrSinatra's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2336 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=55004 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
