Logically, setting either a COMPILATION or ALBUMARTIST causes all songs on the
album to be grouped under an album artist, so you only need to specify one. In
the case of COMPILATION, it is grouped under an album artist called "Various
Artists" (this name can be configured in the SC Library Settings).

An album is either:
1. A regular album, with all songs by the same artist (so doesn't need to be
classified as a compilation, and doesn't need an album artist).
2. A compilation album (not belonging to any particular artist).
3. An album with guest appearances on some tracks (not a compilation, as you
want it to be listed under a particular artist).

If neither COMPILATION or ALBUMARTIST tags are on the songs, the SqueezeCenter
scanner will automatically choose either (1) or (2) above, depending on whether
all songs are by the same artist or not.

If you set both, the album will be a compilation, but will be listed under the
album artist, rather than the default "Various Artists". I think this is a bit
strange, in that I think of an album as either a non-compilation (regular
album) or compilation, and all compilations should be listed as the compilation
artist (by default "Various Artists").

The only problem is when users have set ALBUMARTIST="Various Artists", to make
it look like a compilation. This is the one time when both tags should be set,
as when you browse Various Artists, only compilation albums are shown (so the
COMPILATION tag must also be set to 1).

It doesn't get handled like any other compilation. Setting just an ALBUMARTIST
tag, means it's NOT a compilation, and will NOT appear under the name used to
view compilation albums ("Various Artists"). You would need to set
COMPILATION=1 too.

I would find an artist called "Soundtrack" a bit weird. A soundtrack could
either be performed by a single artist (eg. Vangelis - Chariots of Fire), or
performed mainly by one artist with guest performers (eg. Tangerine Dream -
Legend, which also has a song performed by Bryan Ferry and another performed by
Jon Anderson), or be a compilation where all songs are taken from other
artists. "Soundtrack" is something that would perhaps go in the album title
(eg. "Chariots of Fire OST") or maybe an additional genre, for display or
identification purposes.
