I have most of my albums with a cover.jpg in each folder. But for various reasons I'm curious if I should add images to tags instead. Should I?
I am a little concerned about how this could affect my album collection: Will scanning of albums be (much) slower? Would loading huge playlists or skipping tracks feel less "snappy"? My collection of music is about 1200 albums, about 50/50 mp3/flac.
