With WMA files, there might be several reasons why it fails. One of the most probable is actually disc numbers — they’re usually called -WM/PartOfSet- in WMA tags, you might want to look for these.
Then of course, also -WM/AlbumTitle-, -WM/AlbumArtist-, -WM/AlbumSortOrder-, -WM/AlbumArtistSortOrder-, -MusicBrainz/Album Id- and -MusicBrainz/Album Artist Id- should match up appropriately.
