Yep, I did have sound check ticked off but I didnt have "keep itunes music folder organized". I do have a backup. Its a weekly backup that only backs up the files if they've changed since the last back up. I was able to go back a couple of backup levels to restore my library. But I must have missed some. Some files still have the replay gain messed up. What's weird is that sqzctr will read it with a volume adjustment of -12.04 where everything else shows - 3.1, including Itunes!!!
