Dump a directory listing including full path to text file for your mp3 and flac folders, load it into Excel, sort it using folder name, and write a formula to compare the rightmost say 15 characters of each row to the row above it. Create another formula that returns TRUE only if the first formula returns TRUE AND the leftmost xx characters of the line item points to an mp3 folder. Turn the formula into a value, sort the listing by the column that ascertained whether a line item resided in the mp3 tree. Copy the mp3 listing of duplicates to a text file. Turn that into a batch file that deletes the folders and contents.
