After the main menu hit the repos and the fact that this is now the
first contact with Rockbox, I don't think I am alone in thinking that
the manual could use some restructuring.
A lot of problems users had in the past, was to understand the nature
of rockbox. E.g. that the filebrowser is the root etc.
I think we can simplify certain parts of the manual, and move stuff around.
For one, i think the "root menu" could be described as early as in the
quick start chapter with pointers to in-depth descriptions of the
different parts (Files, Database etc).

I like the concept of dividing chapters by use, and imo we should stick to that.
Example:
chapter: 3. Browsing and playing
section: 3.1 Files (description of the filebrowser)
section: 3.2 Database (description of the database)
section: 3.2 Now playing ...
etc.

So, a little feedback and ideas would be great at this stage. Like,
what to do with Radio, Recording etc.

Dominik set up a page in the wiki for this a long time ago, and I want
to breathe some life into that page.

Cheers
Martin
