OK, I thought libvpx had never been enabled on EL7 and I think that was
the main reason it was never upgraded to version 30. I will try find
out why we got "no supported decoders found" for libvpx on Mythtv 30
(on EL7) when on Mythtv 29 we have decoders.

Centos 8 don't have libcec (h
