Actually, there's a whole IETF WG (MPTCP) dedicated to creating a TCP Multipath option which would function appropriately with hosts holding multiple PA addresses. There's a whole other group dedicated to improving SCTP to a point where it's credible as a TCP replacement. There's even a third WG (MIF) trying to work through the source address selection implications of a host that sits on multiple networks. Regards, Bill Herrin -- William D.
