I have just upgraded from RT version 3.6.6 to version 4.0.10. One function the users utilize frequently is to Search for Tickets with specific criteria and then Export them to a Spreadsheet. In the old version they would get the ticket including all the custom fields. After the upgrade to 4.0.10, we now get only the fields that are showing on the Search Results windows. Any ideas?
