This change in 4.0 fixed a longstanding bug in previous RT versions which would ignore your carefully constructed display format and just spew everything into your spreadsheet. In fact, there was a popular extension that implemented the current 4.0 behavior. As noted by Jeff Blaine, you'll want to have your users update the Display Format of their searches and save them. It's certainly possible to create a second export that brings back the old behavior if you're so inclined.. -kevin
