I made some changes before updating the Sage website with the changes
in the above updated BibTeX database. The changes I made include:

* removing the field "howpublished", because that is not necessary in
a published article.

* spell out the full name of journals to be consistent with the rest
of the database.

* add the field "number" and corresponding values. I think this should
be added whenever possible.

I think the best place to handle such quirks is in Pybtex, as they
relate more to BibTeX in general rather than specifically to Sage.
