I've just done a quick run though a worksheet, after about 4 evaluations it did it again. I had the error console open and nothing new appeared. I presume this includes javascript errors as there is no other obvious way to get them (Mozilla used to have java console, javascript consoles as far as I remember). I had clicked on 'All' to get errors and warnings.
