And Gentoo doesn’t even try to build the doc we use their provided tarball.

As far as I see it, the way sage sage is going I won’t build or test the 
documentation
anymore and rely on you producing tarballs. Which means there won’t be version 
bump
of sage in Gentoo until those exists when that happens.
