Or at least are pretty specific about what the issue is.  (Sometimes extra 
documentation or whatever seems unimportant but isn't - such as adding a 
test for a branch that would otherwise rarely be triggered (exceptions come 
to mind).  And it's precisely the problem Nathann mentions of people
