If you send the same question twice (list and support) we answer the first we get, and that was apparently the list...
When it shows path not found or file not found, then it seems logical that it can't be executed. As for those were nothing is within the logfile, I can only presume that this means that the alert didn't fire because it didn't meet the conditions.
