Does anyone have experience running Sambar Server on a low-power processor? How do you like it?

It looks like my Celeron 400 dissipates a maximum of about 24 watts. The K6 compares favorably. The PIII 600EB that I think I have stored away in a box somewhere, though, has a faster clock-speed than the Celeron, faster FSB, and max. power dissipation of only 15.8 watts, so I guess that's the way to go. That means I'll have to give up my beloved Supermicro P6SBU motherboard, but that would be the case with any of the processors suggested.
