Details:
Projects at Savannah that use www.freesoftware.fsf.org instead of
www.nongnu.org for their webpage have the ViewCVS link hidden in the project
page.
The new code that checks whether to display the link or not does not support
URL aliases.
I think we should not make tests on the URL for this reason and always display
the link unless the homepage feature is desactivated.
