It would be a surprise to me. I wrote that script when setting up Gna!. Clearly, supporting sfverify which looks no longer supported upstream does not bring benefit. It is so simple to use sv_mailman, it can only be a problem only if you have to deal with people that does not allow you to do that trivial task but dont do it themselves.
