Yes, I have done this. New test groups I create in the default group type DO
have the Active Features available; it is just the original admin group which
does not. It seems to have gotten "stuck" when I created this first group
without turning those options on first in the group type.
If I remove all groups, will Savane revert to putting up the warning that I
need to create an original admin group, the way it does when it is run for
the first time?
Anyway, regardless what group and group type, the Bugs Tracker still remains
unavailable, and I still cannot turn on or off any Active Features settings
other than "Mailing List". Does Savane log anywhere what it is doing every
time it does something? Some PHP somewhere is either failing to execute at
all, or failing to have an effect on the database, obviously, but I don't see
a clear way to debug this.
I do remember something about a debugging mode mentioned in the docs. If I
turn that on, what does this do? Will I see some new error messages? Is
there a special log I need to look at?
Also, did you see the list of PHP errors I got, when I turn on display_errors
in php.ini? That didn't look very good...
