Sorry Amy, you're wrong.

The messages sent 'by the list' do not include a 'reply-to' address back to
the list.  All list messages are all sent as reply to the poster.  You can
check mail headers all you want, the only return reference to the list is the
intial from line which correctly lists [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
the 'to' address, which any correct mail client would ignore in a reply.

The only way to reply to the list is by using a 'reply to all' option which is
the first sign of a broken mailing list.

The fact that my initial post for help ended with nothing more then the tail
end of a conversation carried on outside of the list is proof of this.  Or are
you going to tell me that you got all 'those' messages from the list?

Of course, if you feel that the list is only here to spark private
conversations outside of the list, then this list is a waste of the public's
time and serves no one.
