Hi Scott.
First, please don't top post.
Second, chill out, it's Friday.
Third, I belong to (and administer) a lot of lists and using "reply all" and
removing unwanted addresses is pretty standard - not slick, but normal.

Fifth, Chill :-)

Amy, if you'd marked your email  OFF LIST when trying to save Scott's
embarrassment, he'd have understood that the list had not failed and that
you were having a quiet word in his ear. (P.S. Couldn't give a monkey's if
anyone was wrong.)

These are just list etiquette, oh yeah, and not using HTML, it usually adds
little more than bandwidth!
