I'm sure this works, however, it will just move the window 20 pixels 
downwards which will not be sufficient if you have a thicker bar on top 
of the screen. Therfore, wouldn't it be better to just hook the help 
window up with Scids geometry manager, let the window manager place it 
once and the user decide where it shoul open up the next time?
