Yeap I even have a Jinx tshirt that says NPC just so that all of my RPG buddies
know that while i'll come to a session. I just don't have the emotional capital
to invest into an rpg. That said there is a RPG for Battletech called
Mechwarrior and the 4th Ed RPG for Heavy Gear is currently under production and
is being done by Steve Jackson games, but yes I love my minis. Altho I'm
working on incorporating more of an RPG into minis games. Things Radio chatter
before games, handouts with responses for support, Intel reports given after
the game, even Operation Reports to be filled out after games go a long way to
make you feel like a commander. I equate it to being Captain Gotto and you're
sending out Second Section to do all they dirty work.
