The backup server is a physical box with tons of SATA storage.and VEEAM is running there. It grabs the images of the dozen or so virtual servers from the iSCSI SAN and then we backup the backup server to LTO-5 tape for offsite storage on a weekly basis. My experience with reman'd cartridges: 1) You will save some money, and 2) You will have more problems. Re: Help? Microsoft old antivirus update for $9.95 FOUND IT !
Well, my single disk drive can only read SSSD floppies. Maybe I should check FidoNet and look for definition files on another system. I'm glad I upgraded my 300 baud modem to a lightning-fast 1200! It'll probably only take 40-45 minutes to download them all. Roger Wright ___ "Formula for success: rise early, work hard, strike oil." - J. Still, since VIPRE can be had for as little as $20 - it's a no-brainer for me. Clients can get best of breed protection for less than $2/month. Re: Antivirus Center
I learned it from here as well. It's from the LogMeIn company. Of all the remote access tools out there, I like TeamViewer best. Being able to reboot into safe mode and auto-reconnect is great, and TV has the smoothest screen action. However, it's not free for commercial use so I can only use it to support family and friends (unless accepting homemade cookies in exchange for services constitutes "payment" - ). Re: SCE 2010 Install Issues - Resolved!
Since WSUS was using Windows Internal DB it wasn't eligible for updating by the SCE installation. I had to convert it to SQL 2008 and the now the SCE installation is progressing.
