About the promised videos I think is not a big deal to hire a bounch of fine
dressed guys, smiling and shacking hands after the big success of the
 demonstration.
Somebody, passing nearby of his showroom have spotted some worker (super
mario bros ?) quite busy probably staging the One-Megawatt-Cat show.

I also have it on high authority that the Apollo 11 moon landing was
staged. We must get our information from the same sources.

I hope someone over at Rossi's blog asks him point blank (politely, of
course) for information on where one can access this European CE
business to business certification document. One assumes it ought to
now be available on-line somewhere.

I think it would behoove Rossi to make sure such a claim is
verifiable... but then, trying to figure out Rossi's modus operandi
has often been impossible to decipher.

Probably The CE for the business to business has been done
has to be translated as we think about how we could obtain this document

An other fairy tale for adults (except the identity of the very shy
Customer) is this:

We give an extended warranty for 2 (twenty thousand) hours of operation.
(published yesterday)

On what basis can you predict this?

If many such statements will appear, I will cease to believe ad litteram

Two years, three months for a megawatt reactor warranty? That's oddly
arbitrary, I presume.

By the way, I do not think there is a category for CE approval for the
Rossi product. The closest thing I can find is a boiler using liquid
or gas fuel. I suppose you could say the hydrogen gas is the fuel.

Exactly!

It is high time we file suit to correct this injustice. Here is
legal precedent, Coyote v Acme:

http://www.torinfo.com/justforlaughs/coyote_v_acme.html

. . . Mr. Wile E. Coyote, a resident of Arizona and contiguous states, does
hereby bring suit for damages against the Acme Company, manufacturer and
retail distributor of assorted merchandise . . . Mr. Coyote seeks
compensation for personal injuries, loss of business income, and mental
suffering causes as a direct result of the actions and/or gross negligence
of said company . . .

As this suit shows, Rossi, as the sole provider of these devices, is abusing
monopolistic power:

As the Court is no doubt aware, Defendant has a virtual monopoly of
manufacture and sale of goods required by Mr. Coyote's work. It is our
contention that Defendant has used its market advantage to the detriment of
the consumer of such specialized products as itching powder, giant kites,
Burmese tiger traps, anvils, and two-hundred-foot-long rubber bands. . . .

But then, one thinks, Rossi's so much cleverer than the rest of us,
surely he's the smartest guy in the room

In the end, though, one thinks of the accuracy of Rossi's public

have to wait and see how the game plays out to know for sure.

(Oh, sorry, those weren't fictional characters I was referring to, were

Madoff was a smooth talker who inspired confidence in his listeners. Rossi
says mind-boggling things and before you can say What?!? he yells meep
meep! and goes charging off down the road. You can't keep up with the man.

Rossi moves fast, but he does not inspire confidence in me, or in any of the
investors I have spoken with. I cannot think of what the opposite of
confidence would be but whatever it is, that's what Rossi engenders. Fear,
confusion, a sense of chaos. An overwhelming sense that it would be insane
to invest money with this man.

Madoff made you feel you could trust him with your life savings. You could
kick back and relax, and let Bernie handle everything. Rossi makes me feel I
would be risking my life just to stand in the room when he tests his
machine. He is like some teenage kid playing chicken on the highway at 3

Yeah, you're right -- it's not a terribly good parallel.

The thing which made me think of Madoff is that he apparently went into
the deep end head first with no exit strategy, which was interesting
because it seemed like an insanely stupid thing to have done. Yet
Madoff was anything but stupid. He couldn't exist in a well written
novel; he didn't make sense. And that has always struck me as point of
similarity with Rossi, in a gross way.

The high level of secrecy and mystery, strongly suggests that this move is
another pathetic attempt to raise the fading interest over the web.
