Firefox. We have an Issue open on this, but no resolution as yet.

What you say is true, however, the Full Text Search still has to index
the records in order for them to appear in search results or else you
may get the "Index does not exist" error.

I confirmed same is true on our system - you may want to open a support
issue.
It took me a while to find 2 emails processed within same poll interval,

When create a work info, enter information into the Notes field. Then if leave
and try to re-edit before saving work info record, the field is locked.
Workaround is to click on the edit icon to the right, and can then add info to
the Notes field.

We are using MAPI. We tried changing the sort order in Outlook, but it's still
processing Last In First Out.
Here are the steps we followed in Outlook.
1. On the View menu, point to Arrange By, and then click Custom.
2. Click Sort.
3. In the Sort items by box, set it to Rece

That is no longer required as the knowledgebase is now an integral part of the
AR Sys
There were only a few thounsand so I do not think indexing would help. I have
not dug into the new search engine loaded with KM 7.6.03/4 to determine what is
needed to minimize the search time.

been lost (or changed)
I hate to put it this way, but you have checked the permissions tab on the web
service itself?
Try deleting public from the service and re-adding it. Then flushing the
Mid-Tier cache.
