Installed a fresh 6.03 and upgraded it to 7 ARS Server.
This a new server box. As i have said it does not have an AR Server license.
I can login to ITSM APPs. Submit HD Ticket with just ARS Demo License (no
ITSM App Licenses).
Support note is stating:
If you are Upgrading your Server from v5.x
stopped ARS,
deleted multilicense,
started ARS,
multilicense recreated
same errors...
it looks like Server has to be licensed!

I think there's a KB for this one that suggests deleting your
multilicense.ar file, I think it's called. When you restart ARS, it
should gene
