I need some help. a club member has a 1972 El Camino which has 1969 tail lights in it? the el camino was built in Van Nuys. has anyone ever ran across this before? we have found no indication of body work in the tail light area. from what i understand 69 tail lights will not fit into the 72

depends on how many $$$ you are willing to spend. I have used Harland Sharp on two engines now and are happy. I have also tried the comp cams that Herb reccomend, I was happy of them too but they are half the price nearly. I dont think the aluminum full rollers will fit under a stock walve cover

One minor correction. I just looked at my 1969 bezels and they are not convex on both sides of the lens. They are convex on the long side and flat on short side. The 70-72 bezels look like they are concave on the long side and flat on the short side. I don't have a pair of those here
