Thanks to Owain, David F. and Jim for their thoughts and advice. I'll
let my student know that he is not reduced to bringing his Finale files
to the Mac computer lab for PDF creation!

I have no experience with the "pdf995" software that others are
recommending. This is the way I do it.

I use CutePDF, also. I've use with 2005 on XP and have used it for two
