Hi all, I am about 200 miles from the servers. Can I run cvsup now (12 hours ahead of time) safely on production servers, then do the rest when I get there? Noone else uses the ports system but me, or installs anything...i.e. I am the only one who can log into the shell. -Grant __

IPMI kernel object i/o error

Hi all, I am trying to get ipmitool working on a Dell 1850. When I kldload the ipmi.ko, it seems to load fine but the dev device is not being created. I can see this in the dmesg any time I try. If anyone can interprate this I wouold be greatful The ACPI driver cannot be loaded after boot. ip
