Hi: I can only find con.apple.voiceover3.local.plist but it looks to be a document. I only see a portable plist file. Could it have gotten renamed somehow? I see some with other suffixes. Maybe they got changed somehow in Snow Leopard. Thanks so much Esther. Perhaps we should work on this
