Well, the mic pres in the presonus are good, but you did get my other post
about the problems with it. They don't make the one I have any more so I can't
speak for their newer stuff, but if you have the a/d option on your octa-pre
you could use anything with adat optical inputs. MOTU does

Interested to hear you're using the Duet. Which particular version are you
using? I'm interested in one of the newer ones, but I've heard that, unlike
the older model which had one rotary dial, the new ones are very touch-screen
based.

003. Depending on what country you live they are not that bad plus they
have the moving faders which I can't really see how I could live with
out them. Yes you can do edits with out them but I find them very

something new like that and it would be totally integrated with Pro Tools. In
