Appreciate all your answers! Thanks. There is a real need out there for a free SVG Directory viewer in Windows. Sometimes I've seen this referred to as "image cataloguing" http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Software/Graphics/Image_Cataloguing/ Alas, I don't think any of these support SVG.
