Using a fully updated Ubuntu 14.04, I've begun to experience this bug
again lately.
I'm able to do copy and paste with rdesktop (logging into the very same
servers where Remmina is failing to provide copy and paste between my
remote sessions and local desktop).

I installed the Ubuntu 14.04 64bit desktop on this ASUS F75A a few weeks
ago while it was still in beta.
Today, upon logging into this machine, the Unity Dekstop was missing the
top-panel and the launcher. I had to then press the power button for 5
seconds to turn off this
The reason the reinstall didn't fix the issue is because I have the
/home folder on a separate partition and upon logging in for the first
time, Unity was reading the hidden files in the user's home directory.
Apparently, after the final release, there were some previously created
(during the
I installed Ubuntu 14.04 server on one of these HP Compaq dc7700 Small
Form Factor PC machines.
After the first boot (after install), the command prompt constantly gets
messages that look like this:

Dang, I just downgraded by doing a fresh install of server 12.04.4

I've confirmed this bug on multiple computers. It is the worst bug I'm
dealing with right now on the 14.04 beta. I had to figure out how to
manually configure openVPN by reading its config file. It took a lot of
combinations before I got it to work. This import-feature is a huge
help, when it is
I suspect that, in all this time, this bug has never gotten to the right
person. Someone knows how to easily fix this, but that person isn't
getting to this bug report.
Sidenote: In addition to Num-Lock, Cap-Locks is also backwards

During Live CD use, Ubuntu 14.04 has no issue using this Dell Inspiron
9400's network card. So, in order to submit this bug, I'm doing it
during a live CD session.
However, after installation, ifconfig doesn't even show the network

Since Friday 2-28-2014, Ubutnu 14.04 has seemingly made changes to the
way the Network Manager establishes a VPNC connection to a cisco
firewall.
Normally, you establish a VPNC connection with these steps (assuming you've
already configured the VPNC connection):
1) Click on
No it, it never flickers on the 3rd screen, which is the one I figured
would be the most likely to flicker.
