To add pages, double-tap the Pages button in
bunch of songs listed.
Not only that, but when I check manually manage music and vidios I’m not shown
a list of everything I can select from.
What am I doing wrong?

It's saying that I have to restore back to the factory settings but that
would mean I'll lose everything.
I don't see an option to restore to a backup time on the computer.
