What happens if you just go directly to your my music folder? Do you see
the iTunes folder and your hitting enter there and that's when it hits

Don't feel alone – I couldn't get the ring tones to sync either and I tried!
And tried! And try! I spent tons of time trying to make it work and just can't
get it done.
If anyone has any more tips, please let me know. I've done everything I can

When I press i for the iTunes folder inside the music folder, I open iTunes,
if I press the context key I get the options to open, export and so forth.
