Like a lot of you, I was also having difficulties making the talking goggles
app work on my iPhone 6s by the way, I am also using the paid version. I tried
the suggestions that were given hear such as toggling between the still and

You can tell Talking Goggles to save still images although I think by default
it does not. Video recording is done in real-time with nothing getting stored
on the phone and yes, you do have to stop it, once you tap Record that button

I mean when the switch on the iPhone is set to silent. I’ve just tried both
versions of Talking Goggles, the free one with ads and the paying one without
ads, and they both still work for me on my iPhone 5 with iOS8.
