What a sad day for our Mayberry family and George Lindsey fans everywhere.
The entertainment industry has once again lost a true icon who was loved
by millions. George won the hearts of so many as he portrayed the " old
Goob". I saw a lot of myself in Goober. George taught us, through

I just received notification that the Hee Haw Show featuring George Lindsey
has been cancelled at the Crystal Grand Theatre in Wisconsin Dells,
Wisconsin. It was to be on November 11, and no reason was given for the
cancellation. Needless to say I am very disappointed as I was looking
