Re: (313) NZ techno ' . kind of .. .
yeah wicked. I was there, ( Wellington, Queenstown, Dunedin ) in Jan. Primarily for Kaikoura Roots, which was a good intro into the cross culture of the NZ scene, ( lots of different styles on display ). Fat Freddy's doing that stretched out hypnotic acid groove :)) they are definately from outta space :P Am thinking about going back next year and wouldn't mind picking up some smaller gigs, maybe mid weekers. Any hints on making that happen would be sweet. Also the thing I liked the most about NZ was the evident collaboration the artists have with each other. People are really into the focus of the jam, making music for the music. laid back. :)) andrew. It looks like they were having a lot of problems with the stream and they were playing some other music in between, plus they are talking over parts of it. So there's basically only half the UR gig, with other music in between, but it's better than nothing :) UR start at the end of first file (only couple of min) and play all the way through the second, and the last 15 min are in the last file. http://137.207.3.102/mp3log/t1117504292.mp3 http://137.207.3.102/mp3log/t1117507891.mp3 http://137.207.3.102/mp3log/t1117511491.mp3 Jernej www.octex.org -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 1. junij 2005 10:44 To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: (313) UR at fuse in download thanks for all the reports folks, keep 'em coming. Re: (313) iPod DJ
apple lossless is also an option. Though with the ipods if you are running off of battery you won't get much playtime when playing large files. I think avoiding mp3's really improves the sound quality. So I'm a bit skeptical what sound you'd get DJ-ing off i-pods. ~David -- Original Message - Subject: Re: (313) iPod DJ Date: Thu, 14 Apr 2005 13:43:52 -0400 From: matt kane's brain [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: Martin Dust [EMAIL PROTECTED], 313@hyperreal.org At 01:42 PM 4/14/2005, Martin Dust wrote: http://webbeatz.de/newz/images/musikmessewow8.jpg http://webbeatz.de/newz/images/musikmessewow3.jpg Are those both Numark units? (313) moodymann repress
Hey just a quick question. Did anyone here buy the repress of The Day We Lost The Soul ? If so does your vinyl have any warps. There are two humps on each side of mine. I haven't played it yet so I don't know if it effects the playing of it. -- Andrew Jackson Systems Administrator NetRegistry Pty Ltd ___ http://www.netregistry.com.au/ Tel: +61 2 96996099 | Fax: +61 2 96996088 PO Box 270 Broadway | NSW 2007, Australia Your Total Internet Business Services Provider Trusted by 10,000s of Oz Businesses Since 1997
