HP generally will cover hardware malfunctioning and other windows installation problems. As for as I know, they do not perform other cleaning services without charging you extra money. I use Reliance 153 KBPS on my netbook. As for accessibility of the datacard I can say that installation has to be done with sighted assistance, while using it can be almost entirely independent with JAWS (version 10 in my case).
