Re: [AI] looking for life partnar
There are many many matrimonial sites around. But what I suggest you is, be careful... Because we cannot assure how far that person is genuine since we are hearing many many misbehavings through the internet. I won't say all are falling under that catagory. But still be more careful with those. If that is purely for our blind society, and if that is being conducted by any of our known associations/organisations, I think we can go for it without having a second thought. - Original Message - From: vikas pareek vikasparee...@yahoo.in To: accessindia@accessindia.org.in Sent: Wednesday, September 19, 2012 2:14 PM Subject: [AI] looking for life partnar hi friends, you can also search your life partnar, on http//www.abilitymatrimoni.com Vikas pareek,mob-09828526744 email-vikasparee...@yahoo.in facebook,vikaspareek72 Search for old postings at: http://www.mail-archive.com/accessindia@accessindia.org.in/ To unsubscribe send a message to accessindia-requ...@accessindia.org.in with the subject unsubscribe. Re: [AI] Visually-challenged IIT-ian gets math gold
This is what can be called a truly exemplary achievement. As someone who always found maths to be very difficult and often frustrating, I am truly amazed to read this. Indeed, very few of us would have even dared to study maths beyond what is necessary, let alone securing the first position in that subject in an IIT. I would really like to speak to this genius. On another note, it was very disheartening to read the views of some people about this article on the TOI website. It further goes to show that mental blindness is far more dangerous than visual blindness. Cheers, Rahul On 19/09/2012, Phen Varghese phenvargh...@gmail.com wrote: Excelent indeed. Re: [AI] Looking to go abroad
Hi Ekinath, I think you should first decide upon the reason for going abroad, and then try for info on universities. It seems going abroad is your primary focus, and education/employment is the vehicle. I'm afraid this may not be the right way to do it. Regarding opportunities: 1. You can take up higher education like PhD from a good university 2. If your MBA is not from a highly reputed university in India, you can even try for a MBA degree from a reputed university 3. Regarding employment, getting a job in Europe or US individually is not such an easy task these days. Re: [AI] Problem with the login page of gmail.
Yes, there's no doubt that the log in page for some of the sites has been redesigned and it has become inaccessible over a phone through a screen reader, but if you are using the qwerty keyboard, you can still type your login phrase by locating your cursor at the appropriate position and let the keyboard be in Alfa mode and not in numeric mode because this way the special Talks navigational keys won't be active, and once you are done with that, you can change it to numeric mode to be able to use the navigation mode. - Original Message - From: Zujar Shabbir Kanchwala zujarbri...@gmail.com To: accessindia@accessindia.org.in Sent: Wednesday, September 19, 2012 9:19 PM Subject: Re: [AI] Problem with the login page of gmail. yes - I've experienced this issue. Re: [AI] Rules of Nagpur University for visually impaired students
Hi Rahul, I must say, it is very much possible to understand at least those diagrams which are quite frequently assked in economics sylabus. Like Vamshi sir said, try to ask somebuddy to draw the diagram on your palm step by step. Your palm is very very sencitive so it is for sure that after two or three atempts you will be able to understand diagrams. And when it comes to explaining diagrams to scribe then, Try aranging some casual meetings before that exam and explaining him about your tecneeques. I don't know about others but I successfully got through that faze of diagrams. Wish you all the best from my side. regards On 9/19/12, Venkatakrishnan venkatakrishnan...@yahoo.co.in wrote: In madras you are exempted from attending those questens and answer the alternative. -original message- Subject: [AI] Rules of Nagpur University for visually impaired students From: Rahul Bajaj rahul.bajaj10...@gmail.com Date: 19.09.2012 01:18 Hi all, I hope you all are having a wonderful week. Re: [AI] Rules of Nagpur University for visually impaired students
It may be so only if there is a separate question saying draw xyz diagrams. Rahul here is raising the issue of diagrams being expected as the integral part of answers. So, for it there is no specific provision anywhere me thinks. We may mention that the answer sheet is of a VC candidate and so the valuer may take that into consideration. Of course, we should try to understand the diagrams and describe them in our answers. Only thing is that we cannot draw them. However, rahul, I think in logic you would have separate question pertaining to venn diagrams, for that you may ask for alternative questions. What happens in economics when a student does not draw a graph as the part of answer I don't know. Actually, UGC should come out with binding directives on the subject for all universities. I note with dismay that UGC has no binding directives about anything for that matter, not even for reservation for PWD. It all depends on whether a particular university management council adopts them or not. It IS LIKE saying that RBI notifications are applicable only when a board of directors of a particular bank agrees to them. So, in fine, RTM Nagpur university does not have any guidelines on the issue. You may convince them about alternative questions when there are separate questions for diagrams. Otherwise do describe the diagrams in your answers and mention that answer sheet is that of a VC. -Original Message- From: AccessIndia [mailto:accessindia-boun...@accessindia.org.in] On Behalf Of Venkatakrishnan Sent: Wednesday, September 19, 2012 11:26 AM To: accessindia@accessindia.org.in Subject: Re: [AI] Rules of Nagpur University for visually impaired students In madras you are exempted from attending those questens and answer the alternative. -original message- Subject: [AI] Rules of Nagpur University for visually impaired students From: Rahul Bajaj rahul.bajaj10...@gmail.com Date: 19.09.2012 01:18 Hi all, I hope you all are having a wonderful week.
