[AI] An enquiry about signatures

2021-03-02 Thread Sharad Philip
Hi Access india list

I am writing here to enquire about how my seniors and colleagues here have
handled the issues related to signatures especially for banking concerns. I
wanted to know if its just simpler to use the thumb impressions or some way of
digital verification. Over the years my signature has not remained consistent
worsening to a point that now any 2 signatures appear different.
Would it be advisable to just create a rubber stamp with my signature and use
that - i ask as it has been quite frustrating to hear bank branch managers
asking me to look at the screen and copy the signature or asking me to practise
repeatedly till i get it right. This is over and above providing identity
documents such as Adhaar and PAN and passport. Parts of the process are more
preposterous - signing within a box ! Signing so that half the signature comes
over the photo and the other half on paper !

Why is a signature the only means of confirming something ?
Is there any way i could do this better ? Is there an accessible solution /
workaround ?

Are there any guidelines or advisories that will help me in this regard ?
Sincerely
Sharad

Here is a link to read more on the ludicrous budget - what a gimmick -
underhanded too - ripping off the country saying 137% increase in the overall
helathcare budget when most of it is to be one time spends.
And then there is the overall decline in total allocation to the health
ministry.
Great news is that we have another fund to donate to -
If you come across the details for the spending of the PMCARES fund please do
let know
When will we learn to call a spade a spade ?

Re: [AI] Disabled Cold Shouldered in Budget

2021-02-01 Thread Sharad Philip
Looks like its budget cuts everywhere meaningful

Press Release
1 February 2021

Protest the 30% cut in allocation to ICDS-
AIFAWH
ALL INDIA FEDERATION OF ANGANWADI WORKERS AND HELPERS

30% Cut in Budget allocation to ICDS when the malnutrition in the country is
all time high
NO increase in wages of anganwadi workers and helpers
in spite of the exemplary work to fight pandemic and malnutrition

The Modi government has again made drastic cut in social sector expenditure in
the budget 2021-22 at a time when it is utmost necessary to increase the
allocation to the Centrally Sponsored Schemes which address malnutrition and
health.
Budget allocation for Umbrella ICDS(Integrated Child Development Services
Scheme) has been drastically cut down by 30% from the allocation made in the
last budget. The budget estimate for Umbrella ICDS in budget 2020-21 was
Rs.28557.38Cr, which is now reduced by Rs.Rs.8452.38Cr to Rs.20,105 Cr.
Ironically the name of the scheme has been changed to ‘Saksham Anganwadi and
Poshan 2.0’.

This is when the recent National Family Health Survey( NFHS – 5) has shown an
increase in malnutrition in the period 2014-19. the UNICEF has recently pointed
out that our country will lose three lakh children under five years in the next
six months, due to poverty, hunger and malnutrition if this issue is urgently
addressed. This huge number of our children which is in addition to the nearly
8.8 lakh under fives who die every year are pushed into such vulnerable
position due to the lock down and closing of anganwadi centres due to lock
down. Instead of strengthening the schemes for nutrition, health and education,
the government is pushing for privatization and PPP model in these sectors.

In spite of the exemplary work done by the anganwadi workers and helpers along
with other frontline workers like ASHA workers during the pandemic in fighting
the pandemic as well as malnutrition, risking their lives the government has
not considered even increasing their remuneration or assuring any kind of
social security or pension to nearly one crore scheme workers like Anganwadi,
ASHA and MDM workers, who are the grass root level workers delivering the
essential services to the people.

The budget which was full of rhetoric about the ‘atmanirbhar’ bharat and the $5
trillion economy, has cut down the budget allocation for the Mid Day Meal
Scheme by Rs.1400Cr and the allocation for MNREGA by 41% from the last years
revised estimates. There is only a nominal increase in the allocation for
National Health Mission. The statement of the finance minister that the Labour
Codes will ensure universal social security and statutory minimum wage for all
is totally untrue. The scheme workers are not even categorized as workers in
the codes.

In spite of the big struggles by the peasantry and the working class, this
budget again proved that Modi government is not ready to change its policies of
selling the national assets, giving tax concessions to the corporates. The
government is completely surrendering to the corporates and imposing slavery on
the working class as well as the peasantry through the notorious farm acts and
labour codes.

AIFAWH call upon all the anganwadi workers and helpers to protest against the
total neglect of the anganwadi workers and helpers in the central budget
2021-22. AIFAWH calls upon all the scheme workers to intensify the struggles
for recognition as workers, minimum wages and pension.
Issued by
A. R. Sindhu
General Secretary

Those are terrifying projections - 300,000 children to die in 6 months ...
i suppose more would come of this if all voices united against the trifling of
real life issues ...
sincerely
Sharad

Re: [AI] Info on a good electric shaver.

2021-01-04 Thread Sharad Philip
Hi
My personal recommendation would be for the Braun cruiser - available on amazon
and reasonably priced - under 4K i think .
It does not hurt when shaving and gives a very clean close shave better than
any razor i have ever used. It also has a trimmer function but no heads can be
attached- hence not ideal for styling a beard. Best used for a dry shave it
only has one removable part and collects the hair within the blade head which
then can be easily disposed. Recommend not going for it in stores as it was
being sold at MRP of 7k nearly. It uses the same technology as the Series 7 or
8 or 9 from Braun which are however priced around 40K!
I have been using it for the last 2.5 years.
Hope this helps
Sincerely

[AI] Query regarding online examinations for persons with visual impairments

2021-01-03 Thread Sharad Philip
Hi again Access Indians

I have another query regarding how persons with Visual impairment are giving
online exams > are scribes being allowed ? Are any challenges being faced with
regard to the candidate sending in typed responses over some designated portals
?
Has anyone had any experience with the online examinations system at the NLSIu
?
Sincere thanks

[AI] Query regarding using a touchscreen laptop

2021-01-03 Thread Sharad Philip
Hey there AI listers
Happy new year
Have a query - how advisable would it be for me a person with low vision to use
a touchscreen laptop like the Surface pro ? Of course i would need to use it
with a screen reader like NvdA or JAWS
I use a MacBook currently with both keyboard and mouse focus - would i be able
to get the same user experience on a windows based platform with NVDA / JAWS ?
The reason for me to migrate from iOS to Windows is that i am not able to
complete a lot of tasks such as documents editing, referencing etc ..
Eager to know your opinions and advice
Sincere thank
Sharad

Re: [AI] Tax exemption on Conveyance allowance of INR 3200/- per month for VI people

2019-08-08 Thread Sharad Philip
Hi there
Just wanted a clarification here .
Is this deduction over and above the standard deduction of INR 4 that is
allowed for everyone ? It would be good if it were . My tax consultant is
saying that this deduction is subsumed under the standard deduction . Also ,
sir I wanted to know if I have taken care of my father as he had a stroke and
incurrred expenses , would that also be used for exemption over and above the
INR 125000 i am claiming ?
Looking forward to your response
Sincere and warm regards ,

[AI] Seeking advice on a cheap accessible phone

2019-04-06 Thread Sharad Philip
Hi therelist
I have a query to which i would really appreciate your inputs . I am looking
for a cheap accessible phone for using my duty cell number . One of the
requirements is that i cannot cut the SIM - it has to be the original size as
issued by BSNL . I am looking to input only a small cost maybe upto INR 5000 .
Is there any accessible phone that I could get within this limit that would not
warrant cutting the SIM to micro or Nano size ? Touchscreen or keypad both
would do for me . Accessibility is the key feature i m looking for ..

Sincere thanks and regards

Sharad

Re: [AI] Visually impaired can see now!

2018-11-30 Thread Sharad Philip
Dear sir
Just to highlight a concern here - this is not just a difficulty in
articulatio . One list member expressed grief over his impairment being
something he was fed up with . To offer a glimmer of hope and then shut light
is worse still . The information conveyed over the series of disjointed emails
spaced over 3 days cold have been done in a single email comprehensively .
Giving partial information with overreaching subject / tag lines is also not
sensitive and in keeping with propriety .
Anyhow , i think list members would have by now a sense of what is going on .

The mainstream medical scientists would not have to research retinal surgeries
for implanting electrodes as they are doing with the bionic eyes across 3
centres over 2 continents if there was a remedy possible with some breathing
exercises and some other methods .

Wishing you well ,

Regards

Sharad

Re: [AI] Sensory substitution in blind?

2018-11-30 Thread Sharad Philip
Dear sir
I have been following this thread for the past few days . Being a medical
doctor by training , i feel i should weigh in here and clarify some things you
are saying here .

Firstly , mainstream medical scientists as you call them are not a vile
community that is looking out for personal commercial interests . Those in
research and in clinical practice rarely overlap .anyhow , no one whether as a
person or a community is specifically interested in benefiting from another
human being s suffering or disability . As and when avenues of treatment /
paliation have come up they have been brought into clinical practice after
rigorous examinations by the scientific method . The sole aim for such an
exercise is to ensure replicability of results . It a little bit more
complicated than saying a pre and post comparison . There needs to be an
understanding of why anything works , for whom it works , for those it did not
work for why did not , what are the best parameters and qualifying situations ,
whether there are any ill effects for those healthy , any ill effects for those
in need of the intervention , is there a way to predict who would benefit and
who would not , and many other things . This is possible when the intervention
is rooted in some physiological , pharmacological , biochemical basis .

In the context of what is being discussed here , there is no physiological or
any other scientific basis . The Midbrain is actually a part of the brain that
controls a lot of vital functions such as respiration , body temperature etc
amongst others . Some nerve fibers from the processing centres for vision do
pass through this area . These also control some basic pursuit movements of the
eye . Apart from this there also other cranial nerves that mediate taste ,
touch , and the movements of face and neck muscles . However in the MIDBRAIN
activation programs that are being discussed here , the midbrain referred to i
s something in between the right and the left !!

The only thing between the right and left hemispheres of the Brain is the
connection system called the corpus callosum . There is no separate right and
left Brain as is commonly referred to in these writings ! All right handed
individuals are left dominant - a terminology used to refer to the fact that
these people have their speech areas in the left hemispheres . Those left
handed are more than 90% left dominant while a few are right dominant . This
just implies that certain functions are subserved by certain areas . . Being
right brained and left brained is something not based in neuroscience . Then
where would the midbrain be is what should be asked !

If the intervention works to reduce the impairment , i am happy as any of you
would be but i would still want to know how it does . Unlike common belief ,
ill effects also plague any intervention - whether psychological , or any
activation whatsoever . It is just that they are not recognised or identified .
It would only be possible to identify such things in controlled studies . But
alas , there is little scope for that to happen . An y such intervention when
conducted by persons with specific training weds to weed out subjectiity
minimise chance results and identify placebo effects . Such a controlled
situation is rarely the case .

Anyhow this is all i wanted to say and i hope it helped . With best regards

Sharad

Re: [AI] Fwd: Press statement of our network reg Aadhar

2018-09-27 Thread Sharad Philip
Hi
It’s not that there is something wrong with the concept . It’s a lot to do with
execution and the maintenance . Personally , not a week has gone by for
sometime without at least a couple of clients telling me of how they have been
deprived of their privileges because of the lack of a card above and beyond
their disability certificates that will ensure them the basic paltry amenities
their elected govt has slated for them . Disability pensions have been
discontinued because the person with intellectual disability is unable to look
into the Iris scanner long enough for the photo to be taken . I assume the
light is hurtful to him and the attitude of the official is more hurtful to the
family . The repeated subjection of such persons with disability to something
unpleasant all to access basic rights in terms of travel finance etc is
tantamount to discrimination to put it mildly . The PWDs with clawed fingers
find it difficult to place their prints because of the bony deformities but
officials think it is because they are not pressing hard enough . I cannot even
blame the officials solely either . One must hold the wise people who lack the
foresight to see and the flixibility to alter their project . At the end of the
day its another parallel identification issued by the govt . but making it
mandatory for dispersal of benefits without securing the meagre provisions of
the most disadvantaged sections of society is the gravest injustice .
It’s a barrier for PMIs and PWIDs . It adds to the stigma and the
discrimination . There is no oversight of the third party organisations /
players regarding what and who they have issued identification . Previously ,
persons with no formal education would put their prints using a stamp pad now
they have to do so without one . That i suppose is the biggest difference this
will make for some . In my opinion , the thousands of crores could have been
put to so much better use . There is none of the purported benefits of
empowerment and streamlining of services .
It’s a sad state of affairs and i hope to God i am not counted amongst
complaining intellectuals . That’s when i would be dismissed with my views
I have just ranted out of my experience working with clients in mental health
.i do not mean to offend anyone .

i have Macbook and use the voice over to my advantage somewhat .

this is after quite some time at these tasks .
i would like to alter this and wondered if you could help me answer the
following queries so that i can move forward

1 for these requirements of making ppts and writing up article manuscripts and
using statistical softwares such as “R” would it be wiser to switch over to a
windows based platform ?
2 would thees statistical softwares be accessible with other screen reader
softwares such as JAWS or NVDA ?
3 are there list members using any of these softwares ? if so , what does your
wisdom say ?
4 what kind of citation managing softwares are accessible with JAWS and NVDA ?
5 do you know of any way i can pick up and hone my skills using these
softwares i.e JAWS ,NVDA, etc and using those for tasks of making ppts etc ?

thank you for your time and inputs

[AI] hi there ... just a share about fitness

2018-04-25 Thread Sharad Philip
hi there list members
greetings from bangalore
i am writing this mail in to the list asking for your opinion regarding health
and fitness
i had an interesting conversation with Mr Rishabh who founded the Cure Fit
organisation and also runs the Cult Fit fitness centres . i had contacted their
organisation (he...@cure.fit <mailto:he...@cure.fit>) to ask about how they
could accommodate me as a visually impaired person pursuing fitness .
i found him to be very keen about the idea and amenable to working with
suggestions . he says he would like to develop services for people with any
kinds of impairment . he was envisaging training and sensitising his trainers
towards being able to work out with people with special needs . he was wanting
to develop a special module and separate slots . he is also open to the idea of
organising a pick up and drop service for those who need it and is also
considering longer extended trial periods so that decisions need be taken only
after one is comfortable with the concept .
he asked me how many people with visual impairment would be interested
 .
hence , i am putting this out here for the list members . Rishabh says he can
provide these services in both Bangalore and Delhi .
if this is something that you are looking for / interested in , i request you
to please email them on - he...@cure.fit <mailto:he...@cure.fit>
i have also asked him to explore the feasibility and pragmatics of allowing a
people with visual impairment to work out alongside the regulars . i will be
going to meet him one of these days . their concerns are regarding safety
primarily and the requirement for extra attention from trainers . it will be
good to know some numbers of at least those interested .
hope you are all well
sincerely
sharad

[AI] ARTICLE ON GLORY AND SUCCESS WRITTEN BY SHARAD TRIPATHI

2016-02-09 Thread sharad tripathi
sIR,
pLEASE READ AND PROVIDE YOUR PRECIOUS FEEDBACK.
Glory of Success rather than the struggles current or past
We have a trend in notice that when ever a disabled qualifies or
achieves a milestone, where he or she should not be but because of his
or her hard work or commitment he has reached the mile stone or
success we the media and public relations professional starts
glorifying the success of his efforts.
Unfortunately we never try to understand the nitty gritties of his
hard work and how he achieved that unwanted level in the society where
he could not be any way.
This practice of Indian media must be corrected any way and it can be
possible when we journalist community will change our direction and
raise the correct issue & agenda.
The officer of State Insurance service Ms.Sunita Yadav is being
recognized for her success after a long struggle but the other part of
the story where she is still struggling with the governmental mental
handicap,we must know that she has not been given any apparatus till
now for effective functioning in the office.we must know her is
pending from last several years. She has no transportation facility
still and dependent on her family for daily commutement to office even
after being a A class official of the state government. This is not
only about Sunita, many more employees in the various governments are
not able to give their hundred percent efficiency due to uncooperative
and unaccommodating behavior of system they are not able to contribute
fully to the nation building.
The transportation expenditure remitted every month to government
employees of state of rajsthan is just between INR600 to INR1000 every
month. Now somebody has to intervene how much a taxi wala charges for
picking and taking up on daily basis for a month.
Hight of the blunderness does not stops here,if we try to find any
such circular for providing facility to disabled employee,we will not
be able to find any such order of the government.now Time has come
when I am reminded of Revolution of France, where the situations are
not different from there. The king lui XVI was toppled by the masses
,therefore government must be ready for any KrantI.

[AI] article by Sharad tripathi

2016-02-09 Thread sharad tripathi
disabilities.
A half hearted step is taken by the government is very candidly shown
in the newly repaired toilet of the building where they have installed
the accessible toilet in the wrong direction where the person with
disability on the wheel chair can not reach the pot comfortably on
ground floor of the S.A.P. building.in this case it is very ironical
that this department has forgotten to mention its name the list sent
by it to the central government as we know that the building of the

Coordination is What?
When a Physically challenge fellow of mine pulled the feet of Hnble
minister and layed himself in front of his SUV.Hnble Minister directly
came out with anger on the face with a shouting voice on Sudama saying
“When you came to me and I am not responsible for the JDA and Nagar
Nigam operations.”
I was surprised to listen these words of the Chirman himself of the
State Coordination Committee. On disabled issues. Where all the top
bureaucrats of all important departments of the governments have to
sit once in a semester to resolve the issues of person with
disabilities.
Where he can give remedy to long pending wounds of PWD’s in the
state, but dear readers you will be agonized to know that this so
called committee has to not only sit in a semester instead has to have
participation of PWD’s in the committee as per the law of the
parliament. This committee is not having time once to sit in four years
from 2010 to 2014 and thereafter it has become annual as the Hnble
minister has very much busy schedules of innaugurations, public
meetings and party programmes.
Now It is upto you what is important?

Freedom for Education awaited….

As being the student of Law college,University of Rajasthan, when I
moved my blind stick to the central library for finding suitable and
appropriate reading material.I could not get more than frustration and
mere promises.
The university’s central library is not accessible for person with
visual impaired even after the sixty years of freedom but university
claim to have a braille wing in this library.
University is not able to provide me books in accessible format of my
choice yet as it has been more than eight months of struggle with the
officials of the library..
Infact the director and other library staff seem to be totally
ignorant about the facilities and technologies available to person
with visual impaired, they were happy to have a trial version of screen
reader installed on their one computer kept in last corner of the
library.which is not easily accessible.
The catalogue of the library is not in e-text format too.Now we can
understand the gravity of the problem that we are not even able to get
a list of books kept in library forget about reding the same.
They are not only breaching our right infact they are ignorant about
their professional principle which says the every reader must get its
book.said by ranganathan father of library science.
For your ready reference the copy of their reply is attached here with
which shows how much seriousness prevails in the decision makers of
the university.
However thanks to the wel equipped libraries of other universities
like J.N.U.;(Hellen Keller centre where blind students can read twenty
four hours with the help of latest gadgets available in market
place.and Delhi University which have done some work for making
library services to person with disabilities by which,I could manage
seven books from programme of study.
State has not a public sector braille press where Person with visual
impairement can manage to get converted their books of choice. However
Central government has made budget provisions in year 2014-2015 for
the same but even after sixty year of freedom we are not able to see
any progress on this front.Story does not stops here My application is
still pending in the department of specially abled for giving me a
apparatus by which I can study myself for persuing higher education.we
can see that Person with physical handicap are provided with
tricycle, wheelchair and motorized tricycle but there is no attention
towards the need of person with visual impairement in the state and no
such cheme prevails by which we can also get basic right of education.

This s the right work and realy a work to be done by the government
,here in rajasthan forget about girls hostel,we don't have hostel for

[AI] A WRITE UP ON THE SITUATIONS OF THE PERSON WITH DISABILITIES IN THE STATE OF RAJASTHAN.

2015-10-18 Thread sharad tripathi
Dear all,
Blind government for the blind people
Boasting leaders and shouting slogans of the government are not only
lull for the deaf people infact voice sensitive blind people are
feeling frustrated and irritated with the discriminatory bureaucracy
and slumbering leaders in their palaces.
Government of Rajasthan has not fulltime commissioner who has
responsibility of protection to person with disabilities as per the
section 60 of the act of 1995 for the protection and equal opportunity
of person with disabilities in the nation. In the state of Rajasthan
the 1.8 million population of disabled seem to be left on the mercy of
god. State has not any public sector Braille press for the blind;
contrary to this central minister for finance has declared the budget
for the same in 2014-2015 loudly. Similarly the chief minister has
declared the budget for the purpose of making public building
accessible for the person with disabilities this year only; but the
lower and local government seem to be unaware and innocent about all
those provisions and determined to make it a mockery. Therefore I am
confirmed now it is all a dual face of right wing governments which
shows and says that we can give effective governance but it is fake
and cruel joke with most vulnerable section of the society.
As from last year even after the court of commissioner (part time)
orders to various government departments of Rajasthan but it is a
specifically anyideal and slow trail of red tape for person with
disabilities. If a disabled activist decides to pericipate or get
accessible a under construction building then he or she has to take up
a lot of pain.
Recently a public library in jaipur at tonk phatak taken a whole lot
of year of mine where regular follow up with the department could not
be possible for severely disabled person ;there is no any effective
or strong window or powerful platform where we can raise or put up our
complaint this example showing its capabilities lower than person
with disabilities.
Height of the insensitivity is clear by a example of newly constructed
building of directorate of specially abled persons in Jaipur has not a
accessible toilet for wheel chair users and continuous reminders and
protest not able to make impact over irresponsible government; however
the hnble minister has declared to make hundred public buildings
accessible for person with disabilities in coming year but still I am
not able to fetch the list of those so called hundred buildings of the
state.
The various schemes designed by the government; for the welfare of
the disabled persons is discriminatory and seem to be ineffective in
empowerment of this community. For example in scholarship scheme for
PWD’s family income bar for person with disabilities is rupees
hundred thousand whereas it is two hundred and fifty thousand for the
SC’s ST’s in the state; similarly for the promotion of marriages with
person with disabilities fetch only twenty five thousand rupees to a
family where as scheme for SC’s and ST’s provides for five lack rupees
to a married couple; this situation is when more than fifty percent of
disabled are not married and deprived of their basic physical need of
sex for their life time..
This is literally inhumane and compels to think over the tragic
situations of person with disabilities.
The narrow vision of the governments is visible by a scheme where the
locomotor affected persons are getting tricycles on irregular basis
but there is no scheme for person with visual impairment in the state
where they can be supplemented to their efficiency with a expensive
screen reader software. They are in the situation when they are not
having their representation in legislative assembly and abled body
decides their fate.
This trouble some experience does not stops here and similar hard some
situations extends to steps of judiciary as well where long waiting
representation to honorable chief justice is still awaiting for
justice which demands early or priority disposal of cases pending
related to disabled petitioners; this is complimented with inaccessible
high court building for disabled litigants.
Therefore these situations compel we disabled to enter into electoral
politics and mobilize their community of disabled somewhere about ten
percent of total population of the nation; and this motivation or
strategy is formulated with experiences and success stories of
struggles of women or sc’s and st’s.

Hello dear,
this is right is already entrusted to us by 1995 act. what is new in
that as far as implementation is concern . we could not get
implemented a act of parliament then what this order will do for us.
yes, confusion of more than fifty percent reservation was not there
any time in history. what was the need to reinterpret that as
reservation is horizontal not vertical. however, let's find the order
and after viewing any comments will be suitable.

Dear Friends,

I am facing the following problems while using
newly installed JAWS in my new laptop and I never had
such a problems in my desktop.

1, While using Microsoft word (2003), I am having
problems in navigating with up arrow and down arrow.
For example, I could able to read word by word by
using control+ left arrow and control + right arrow
and letter by letter by using left and right arrows.
However, I could not able to read line by line , using
up and down arrows. If I try to use up and down
arrows, it simply says blank.

2, while sending my E-Mails, I am having problems in
navigating with up, down, right and left arrows in the
message edit boxes. Similar to MS word, if I attempt
to use up, down, right and left arrows, it says blank.

Dear friends, I don't really know what kind of
problem I am having and what kind of changes do I
need to bring in my laptop settings. Your immediate
assistance and step by step information in this matter
will help me to get rid of this problem and I would
really appreciate your time and consideration.

Sathiyaprakash.

[AI] attention please

2006-12-12 Thread Sharad
It's really a matter of joy that someone like Smritiji is concerned with
such issues which are generally not taken care off. Her observations
about blind girls are more or less right. It's very much true that some
institutions accommodate blind girls and they get exploited there even
by the officiating members of that institution. But I don't think that
blind girls are unaware of their sexuality. I don't think that they need
any special sex education. Sighted girls also get sexually harassed but
their large number in the society covers this crime. Our blind society
is very small so we generally come to know every happening around us.
But so is not with other society where these sighted girls get so called
"sexually harassed". One more thing is to be kept in mind that almost 70
per cent blind girls belong to very lower strata of the society.
Sometimes this economical factor also becomes responsible for their
sexual harassment. And this factor is with sighted girls as well. So I
think we should try to eradicate those factors which compel blind girls
to join such corrupted institutions and those corrupted men who because
of their wealth call themselves 'the representative' of blind community.
