Hi PI.X,

Thank you for sending the details. I was able to see the difference between
UI and API. The paused Campaigns with CampaignIds: 970606533 and 995598659
are both Universal App campaigns which do not show up on Geo Performance
Report. Please refer this section

 of
guide for better clarity. Instead you can use the
CAMPAIGN_LOCATION_TARGET_REPORT

 but
please note that it is only for campaign level location targets. Please
give it a try and let me know if you still face issues.

Re: Test MCC Account issue

Hello Robin,

Any account created via a test manager account would be test accounts by
default. Yes, there is a limit
 of 50 accounts,
if the highest amount accounts together spent in a month, from the last 12
months is less than $10,000 on your manager account. Could you confirm
whether you are using AdWords API or AdWords UI to create accounts and
facing issues? If you are using AdWords API, could you please share the
SOAP logs(request and response) of the API service along with the CID of
your manager account from which you are creating the new accounts?? You
could use *reply privately to author* option while sharing the details
requested.

Re: Why are cancelled accounts being returned by ManagedCustomerService?

2018-07-13 Thread Alejandro Bullrich
Hi Peter,

Thanks for your response. The problem I'm facing is that I used to retrieve
accounts in order to determine the ammount of accounts an MCC is currently
managing. As cancelled accounts don't count towards the MCC account limit,
the information I'm handling now with the ManagedCustomerService doesn't
abide to my needs.

Basically now in order to determine if an MCC has available space, I need
to try to insert an account and catch an error. Another alternative would
be using accountLabels or something of the sort to be able to detect
cancelled accounts. Is this correct?

Is there any practical way to determine which accounts have been cancelled?

Once again, I'm very grateful for your response.

Best regards,

Alejandro

Re: Display Campaigns not showing in UI but included in Campaign Report

2018-07-13 Thread Oksana Sulyma
Copy-pasting an answer here, may be it could be helpful to other developers:

Hi Oksana,

Thank you for the screenshot. The AdNetworkType is for selecting the
specific advertising network. This will return the results for all the
campaigns that are supported on the DISPLAY network. Please find the
attached report which illustrates this different. On the other hand, to get
the Display campaigns as in the UI, you will have to filter based on the
AdvertisingChannelType

 and AdvertisingChannelSubType

.

Can you give this a try and let me know if you have any other questions?

Bharani, AdWords API Team

Thanks so much Bharni, this 100% answers my question, I expected that the

Hi,

My apologies for the confusion. Since by default new campaigns already
contains a platform criterion for each of Desktop, HighEndMobile, and
Tablet then, to make changes on this criterion, you should use the *SET*
operator
instead. If you still encountered the error after trying my suggestions,
please provide the complete SOAP request and response logs so I could
further investigate the issue. You may check this guide

works in PHP client library.

Test MCC Account issue

2018-07-13 Thread rob
Hi AdWords API support,

I created a test manager account and find out that whenever I created a new
account in that test account, it is automatically cancelled in the new UI
but seems normal in the old adwords ui.

When I created 50 accounts, it stops me from creating more. I understand
this limit but as the created accounts are canceled in the new UI, i cannot
cancel it again. Are there any workarounds? Currently I am only created new
test manager accounts to solve this problem.

Sincerely,
Rob

Re: Budget Order Service Operations via AdWords API Scripts

2018-07-13 Thread 'Dannison Yao (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi,

Could you confirm if you are using the AdWords API
 or AdWords
Scripts ? In the AdWords
API, the BudgetOrderService

 is
the service available that manages budget order of accounts. This enables
approved manager accounts to programmatically create account-level budgets
for the client accounts they manage on consolidated billing
. This lets client
accounts charge spend to a manager's billing account. You can read more
about this and see code samples in this guide
. Do
take note that payment features are not supported in the API.

However, if you are using AdWords Scripts, you could open your concern to

better equipped in addressing your concerns.

Let me know if you have further clarifications.

Re: Video Ads: Want to pull VideoId and Video thumbnail url

2018-07-13 Thread 'Peter Oliquino (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Abhishek,

My apologies if I'm unable to comment regarding this. I have mentioned that
video ads thumbnail URLs are not supported in the AdWords API so I would
not be able to verify if the convention you are suggesting is indeed
correct. That being said, I would recommend that you get in touch with the
product experts via the AdWords Community Forum

to
verify if you would be able to extract your video ads thumbnail URLs in
other platforms.

Best regards,
Peter

Re: Does criteria performance report reveal every criteria combination by specifying zeroimpression ?

2018-07-13 Thread 'Peter Oliquino (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi,

For your negative audiences, yes, you can just opt to use either the
CampaignCriterionService.get()

 and
the AdGroupCriterionService.get()

 and
apply the necessary filters to retrieve your negative userlist objects.
However, you may take note that the full structure would not be available
through these services since these will focus on the criteria that are
directly associated to them. For example, with the
CampaignCriterionService, the criterion's ad group association would not be
available through this service.

Also, you would not be able to retrieve any performance related data as
they are only available through the reports.

Thanks and regards,
Peter

Re: Shopping Performance Report not retrieving all products

2018-07-13 Thread 'Dannison Yao (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Rafael,

It seems that you have a similar concern with this user in this thread
.

Could you confirm if you are on the same team? If yes, you could follow
that thread for better tracking.

If not, could you provide more context of your issue and also provide the
complete report definition

 of
the reports that you generated that shows data discrepancies via *Reply
privately to author *so I could better assist you?

Re: API Response for Ad Group Targeting: Display Keywords

2018-07-13 Thread 'Dannison Yao (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Tim,

If you want to get the Keywords in the ad group level, you could use the
AdGroupCriterionService.get()

 and
use the filter BiddableAdGroupCriterion.criterion

 to
"*KEYWORD*" to retrieve the results for Keywords. You may also refer to
this sample guide

 (available
on different client libraries) on how to get keywords on ad group level.

Let me know if this works.

Dannison

Re: Video Ads: Want to pull VideoId and Video thumbnail url

2018-07-13 Thread Abhishek Gupta
Hi Peter,

I've noticed that ads URL can be constructed as
`https://i1.ytimg.com/vi//default.jpg`. Does the image name
always remain `default.jpg` for each and every ad ?
