are you actually asking how to hire illegals and get away with it? think of it like this, pretend youre a crack addict, and youre spending all the company funds on crack. whatever way youd make your accountant accept where the dough went for crack would be the same for disappearing the illegal immigrant payouts. For us in Canada, people could easily sit on their couches at home collecting CERB, making over minimum wage. As such our hiring for junior fiber crew - paying quite a bit more than minimum wage, but involving digging holes etc - was not going well over the last few months. I would guess that money and the status of working for spacex would help with that. Last I heard they get a ton of job applications for each posting so then it becomes filtering for the best. Re: [AFMUG] OT Hiring
Remind me where you are from Chuck? We had all sorts of difficulties finding good people down in the USA. Pay was better in all the other industries, especially oil. So nobody would go to a job that paid so much less. You looking for installers, techs? I find this is a problem in a lot of areas finding people who "get it" in this industry. There really is no school for it and most WISPs are self taught self motivated people with some original skills. So people coming in need to have a desire to work and learn something new our our brand of wireless. Some people are not “morning people”. Maybe schedule interviews in the afternoon. On the other hand, if the job involves showing up at 8am, maybe this is the first test and it is working.
