Let's forget about horror movies which is far by ARR standards, but i think Ram Gopal Verma can give justice to such movies. But I am eagerly waiting for ARR to give music for Karan Johar and Yash Chopra movies. This kind of work ARR have not done in hindi (Except Sathiya which was under chopra banner). These movies have mass appeal and ARR can give new treat to hindi melody lovers. Also music marketing is best on those movies. Its just that they are influenced by Rehman's songs so much that it starts showing up in their work. Hell if I started composing music tomorrow, it would be the same case. So most of the times if certain notes are similar to a song composed by someone else - it is merely a deja vu. The other song is influencing your song in an indirect way. I would consider such songs as a compliment to Rehman's song rather than take out my knife and rip apart the composers. With all due respect composing music is the most precious talent which only few people are gifted with. So lets not drag down other composers just to prove our point. On the flip side, we also have some composers who copy songs note by note. You cannot do much about them. Just stop buying their music. Here is some food for thought The tram sequence bgm from yuva which goes as anjaana anjaani sounds like the spiderman theme song. You know the one that used to play in the cartoons. Now I doubt if anyone will raise a finger against Rehman. So just chill guys and enjoy the great music from the maestro. -- Yahoo! lol, no problem. Thanks for your feedback. I know, i am not that great singer. I actually, i was being lazy... Also, i was not able to sing loudly because of my roomates ;) .. So, I had to constrain my voice to a certain level of loudness.. so the pitch has to suffer :P I will try to record this again with a decent mic and probably will borrow my friend's breedlove guitar (i love the resonance of it). But I have to wait till I go home this weekend so that my roomates dont yell at me :P.. Hello Arya, Rar is not a music file but a compression tool similar to Winzip.The compression ratio is better when compared to Winzip.Download it and extract the files using this tool. Welcome to the magic of Rahman in KKS. Yes, its truly one of the best Rahman compositions. I love Theekurivi. Additionally Cinderalla (Hariharan) and Ennuyir Thozhiyea are amazing. The later one has amazing instrumentation (listen for amazing piano and background beats)...its mindblowing.
