Re: C APIs to create Change ticket.

2010-04-19 Thread Misi Mladoniczky
Hi,

Which form are you creating your entry in?

The Category/Type/Item fields are apparently checked for a valid
combination. You must specify a valid combination in your call.

You can use the normal AR System client to submit a ticket and verify the
fields that need to be sent along with valid values.

Re: how to retrieve incidents which are already been archived

2010-04-19 Thread ITN (Amanullah Bashir Ahmed)
Hi Jack,
Archive information.
Select archive option of the form HPD:Help Desk then select Archive Type: Copy
to Archive and Delete from Source
Archive to Form: ARCHIVE:HPD:Help Desk2
Qualification
  'Status'="Closed"
By using the above method I successfully archived incidents.

Now remedy user needs attachment of some incidents which are archived. That's
why I need to retrieve some incidents.

Re: COLSUM

2010-04-19 Thread Misi Mladoniczky
Hi,

I seems to be doing what you asked it to do.

The way both client and FLTR tables work, is by filling the table with
data (in memory).

If you tell it to chunk, it apparently reads it that way.

Create a new table-field without chinking, with a single column, and do
the COLSUM there instead.
