Hello,Erm, that sounds like your swamp.exe file is not in the right directory tree. When you unzip the large swamp package, you should not move any of the files out of it. the Swamp.exe needs to be in the same folder with the maps, sounds and all the other jazz that is in there. Although, if you really did move swamp.exe you would have a map error as well.Is swamp installed on your VM or on your computer directly? That could also be part of the problem. Mehgcap:Just a quick message for now cause Im a bit busy:See if it makes any difference if youre running the virtual machine in full screen or in single window. That can make a very huge difference for Swamp. Why, I dont know.Start Voiceover when Swamp is running and see if it says: Press to release the mouse. If you get this message, press either ctrl command if I remember correctly, or do VO Shift spacebar to release the mouse.check your direction in Swamp by keep pressing the W key to see if your character is spinning around. If thats the case, check your mouse settings in the preferences for VM Ware. Close the virtual machine, press command comma and look for the mouse settings in the generel tab. There are 3 choices there, and its different what works best on the computers.If that wont work either, try to restore the file where you changed the sound card, to see if its only the sounds which is messe
 d up. This file can easily be changed by axident if you hit any wrong character while editing this.Try to turn off the graphics in Swamp.The last tip for now: Shut down your virtual machine, go into the machines preferences by pressing command E, and somewhere in there, you can clean up your virtual machine which sometimes can improve the virtual machine a lot.I look forward to hear if some of this helps. Hello there,After being listenning to robjoy, pitermach and aaron stream themselves playing for about a week, I just couldnt take it anymore and decided to try to get the game. As always with me, the problems arised at the end of the procedure. My parents bought it, I got steam, and I got everything up and running to start the game. So I did. And guess what? Boom. A little error sound played and the game window closed. I guess thats what I get for having a shitty netbook, but yeah, anyway... I decided my only option was to go for something else: A virtual machine on my mac, since bootcamp also almost screwed up my mac bootup disc. And well, tada, it worked! Let me just say that this is quite possibly one of the best, if not the very best of all the games Ive played in my whole damn life. Im almost all the way through the tutorials, and Im already enjoying it. Ive tried other fighting audiogames and very few of them are even close to this o
 ne. True this ones got some crazy commands for teamwork and stuff, but I guess itll take practice. It should be a completely different experience with the new version, but as for how it works right now, its pretty cool. (And hopefully someone will make more games for it at some point).It does take getting use to; specifically, it can be tricky to calibrate it just right (I could get my character to do 360s with really fast head motions). Calibration is a pretty quick process, though, so it shouldnt take too many tries to get something usable. Oh, also, I find the skullgirls wiki to be a valuable source of information. For example, it helped me figure out what the different acronims mean in the game, heres a brief list and explanation of each one:QCF/QCB: Quartercircle forward or backward. Say youre facing right, youd have to do down and right for forward, and down and left for backward.Attack commands (L/M/H/A+P/K): Light/medium/hard/any kick/punch. For example, LP=light punch, HK=hard kick, AP=any punch button.DP: Dragon punch motion. if forward and facing right, right and down.Hope it helps. Im honestly surprised Im getting along with mainstream games so easily, considering Ive played very very few of these. If I had the money, Id buy a See Munkey. Partly to support the project, and partly due to what Aprone said. To paraphrase: you can be walking down a hallway and hear a zombie off to one side. Turn your head, shoot the zombie, then face forward again and youll keep walking along. Your direction of travel doesnt change, only your aim does, so its a lot more realistic when you are looking at things and shooting them but not actually walking that way. There is a command to quickly snap your direction of travel to the facing direction, or maybe its the other way around.I went on Aprones main site, but I just saw some unlabeled graphics, which is really ironic, and the audio games and audio devices links. Nothing about donating.Ill try full-screen, as that is one other change I made. Yes, you can do that. Just go into the keyconfig and change how things are written. You could also put your directions as, say, the WASD keys and the trigger as the spacebar. Honestly, not really. Each person likes different setups, and your setup will change over time. I went through three complete re-workings of my key assignments before I was happy, and I still tweak things. Heres my setup, ignoring defaults or little-used keys:navigation: a is left, s is step back, d is right, and w is step forward. To side step, I use shift with a or d.Weapons: fire is left click, reload is right click, and toggle mode is a click of the center wheel. Favorites are shift-1 or shift-2, and assigning favorites are the same, but with control.Volumes: I use f1=f6 to change my, human, and zombie footstep volumes.Radars: the four arrow keys alone enable long-range radars, and adding shift enables short-range. So, the VM seems to be working better. SLJ, the key was full-screen, and changing the buffer size as the link in your article suggested. I tried that a few weeks ago, but gave it up when the process locked up the entire Mac. Also, the missing sounds were a dropbox problem. When I moved my games over to the VM, I used Dropbox to store them all, and somehow the AK47 folder got copied twice. The original was empty, and the copy, with a different name, had all the files.Now, Im just having one problem. When I right click to reload, sometimes the Apple menu comes up or some other thing gets focus. The bigger issue is that left clicking to fire sometimes jumps me to the Library window and out of my virtual Windows machine entirely. Its still running, but I cant do anything until I go to the Window menu and select it again, then switch input back to it. How, if at all possible, can I prevent this? In the middle of desperately fighting off a hoard, the last thing

Thats what I was wondering too. After all, there are a few Loquendo voices that you get, but not all of them were included, like Dave, Simon, or any of those. All I can detect in terms of differences are that the Higher quality voices have pitch adjustment capabilities, unlike Vocalizer for Automotive, which only restricted Compact voices to pitch adjustment. I noticed that a few voices werent on the Vocalizer for NVDA site, but were found elsewhere, like Kate from Loquendo, Susan from Loquendo, and Oliver from SVOX. And speaking of SVOX, I noticed that Grace was renamed to Ava for the Vocalizer Expressive voices. Well, as I understand it, the senki gameplay is similar... other than the slowing down of time during seventh sense... which wouldnt be balanced. BS has a seventh sense as well... it just boosts your attack and speed. the real let down is that each character only has one big bang, unless you use a different version of that character.As to the sound... yeah, I hear it the first time, when you do is first big bang attack. but around 34 minutes into the recording you do his second big bang attack, the suisei ken / commit first. Odelle, I have mine set up so that the mouse is only used for finite aiming. What I mean by that is I use the mouse to aim within a matter of individual degrees. Everything else is done through the keyboard. I think your question is if you can make the keyboard function within those matter of individual degrees? Im fairly certain that you could, but it would make turning a nightmare. Each tiny unit of measurement is controlled by a given amount of space on your mouse or trackpad-- that is, a notch here or there is actually a mathematical measurement in the programming. Youd have to hit the computer keys tens or hundreds of times to reach the level of precision allowed by a quick swipe of the mouse or trackpad. No, it cant. Turning by increments smaller than 45 degrees is simply not included as an option in the configuration file, so there are no keys to assign. That said, with a combination of turns and sidesteps, you can aim pretty well, and I did it when I first started because I lacked a mouse. Is it easy? No. Is it super-annoying? You bet. Since it looks like swamp uses direct X, the direct input feature for joysticks should not be too hard to implement. The keyconfig.ini file exposes every function you can use. All else, the code governing turning included, is internal. You cant assign keys to minute changes for the same reason you cant ask a cake to give you an egg. Theres an egg in there, but its hidden, used internally only. Thanks TMV. I came up with it pretty fast, but the more I think about it, the more I like it. Public versus private, APIs, all explained in a cake.Yes, there needs to be a new food item for HC players called a brain cake, which would be rare but offer 100 food. Hi.Hmm, this is very odd.Kate, Susan and Oliver are available on the mac with Mavericks.Im hoping Apple will add more in future OS X upgrades unlike IOS where they stubbornly stick to crappy Samantha, Daniel etc.I wonder if they renamed Grace because there is a loquendo Australian voice called Grace?As for Nicky and Aron, I dont know. Aprone, I dont want you to delay Swamp, but I have some questions/bugs for some of the apps you have on your website. I love the sound thumbnail viewer, but I get lost with it being in a block, could it be updated to a line up and down please? Also, I would love the ability to play Ogg, MP3, aiff and if possible, flac, mp4 and WMA. Also, if the program could not play a file, can it not list it please? I keep getting crashes when I go through my games sounds folder because I have audacity files along side the unedited wav and aiff files.I would also like to know if you plan on doing anything more with towers of war? I dont think they are Apple voices, even though there are data files in both Aaron and Nickys folder which explicitley say they are for Siri. I know this, because I have the NVDA addons for the voices, and I see the Siri data files. As for Kate and Susan, I think you can get them working with JFW if you have version 15, but then again, I dont have that version, so I cannot do anything about that. As for Ava/Grace, I think they renamed the voice because there was already a Grace voice from Loquendo, or that Nuance thought the name wasnt suited. Then again, Im not entirely sure. I dont understand why they call it Vocalizer Expressive, even though its not that all expressive. Maybe they just decided to call it that because Loquendo has some expressive tags, and there are Loquendo voices in that synthesizer, then they just put them in, and then mixed them in with SVOX voices, and poof, they come out with Vocalizer Expressive, which

What you just told us was plane and easy to understand and... Im going to say it anyway even though such has been said by man since the beginning. Im going to be bold here and speak for all children and those adults whove been disillusioned by the adults in their lives when they themselves were children and say; had the grownups never used terms like puppy love or make statements like youre too young to know what love is and simply explaine

It all starts when parents then teachers tell us as children dont talk to strangers. Dont go off with someone you dont know and if you do well punish you for it. What message does that send to us? I and Im sure Im not alone in my train of thought interpret that as dont talk to anyone you dont know and that gives me an excuse to simply ignore those I dont know even when they greet me in passing. I did to and then they shouted at me for being rude. I couldnt win! If I talk to strangers they shout at me and if I dont, they shout at me. So you can imagine what happened next. The school kept complaining to my folks and I did extremely poorely because I 
 refused to cator to a society of liars who hold children to one standard and adults to another. Remember however from a childs point of view that most everything is either black or white. Theyre still trying to find that nich in the world that they can fit in and I found mine by being a rule breaker; rebellion was and is my middle name. Imagine if you will youre the kind of person who doesnt look to the future but prefers to live only in the now. You come across a spring whos water has strange properties. What you dont know is that someone has contaminated the spring with narcotics that make you think 
 youve found the answers to everything. What would you do then? In this scenario, youre aged around 8 or 9 and all your life you hear wait until youre older; you dont know what youre doing. Will you trust that voice in your head and your feelings even though theyre manufactured or will you use common sense and for once heed the advice to wait until the feelings ware off? What was the point of messing with people if it was now fine to do what I wanted legally? What was the point of messing around when women simply laughed and walked away? To find values you must first know the value. For example health is at 100. You type 100 in the edit field but you dont know which bites to search. Select all in the bites combo box then search. Youll have many results. Get hit once, find out the new value and type it in and press search again or just press enter. Keep doing this until you have only a few results. If the number of results stay the same for example if the number of results =3 then find the longest bite first then try changing its value. If that doesnt work; youll have to find your health in the game, try it with the next longest bite and son on until its reflected in the game. I then recommend pressing control enter to add it to the address list then pressing applications and toggling the value to freeze it. If you set the value too high, itll minus the value in the game. I rather liked android. Mine was old but I hear things have gotten much better. I wish someone tried to relaunch rocklock or whatever that was, it was a music player that you could operate by swipes instead of tapping certain buttons, and it worked on the lockscreen, but it only works with 4.0 or older. I liked that so many of my apps are free, the bookshare app is free, and I am not wanting to pay $20 for the ios one. I dont know if someone posted this, but the accessibility shortcut must be set first and can be found in the device options menu when set. I think there is a better one in newer devices. I think the anglecans are similar to catholics but they except divorce and tend to be a bit more willing to change. Yes, there are some anglecan churches that are like pentacostals, I think one of the pastor in the college Christian group I go to went to one when he was a kid. I think that is cool that you celebrate the jewish holidays too. I think most people from my church and family background, myself included, know very little about them, even when most of our scriptures are supposed to be written by jewish people, and understanding the jewish calendar and celebrations could help in understanding certain texts.URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=170147#p170147

Aprone, I mght have found one quick bug for you to fix before the final release. When a zombie hits you, no mater what direction you are facing, if you shoot it will always hit. Try it out by having a zombie stand to the left or right of you and I think behind works as well and hitting you. Then fire whatever weapon you have equipped. Shouldnt the weapon miss because you arent facing your target? Maybe the axe and machette I can understand as you might swing them from left to right, but not the guns unless they are in scatter shot mode.URL: http://forum.audiogames.net/viewtopic.php?pid=170152#p170152
