Re: Hypothetical: Accessifying paintball/nerf/laser tag?

When Ive used sash cord on stage, trailing edges isnt an issue sinse the tape is very efficient, and sinse the floors of most laser quest arenas at least are hardboard that would probably work. Of course, youd need the arena to participate in the idea, not to mention the audio gear. I also dont know if navigation by feet would work either. On stage it is fine, but on stage Im using it as a stop here marker to prevent myself walking off and Im not usually doing anything more than a light jog. A full run might be another matter, particularly sinse when your running your feet are off the floor for longer meaning your more likely to miss tactile floor markers.I actually think a Vi fight club would be more possible, especially in terms of what youd need to set it up :d.

Moderation! This is indeed about games so will be moved. As regards newer windows, well with the exception of the dos games which are 16 bit, I think most things can be installed on windows 7 and 8, provided you install the components and dependencies such as Vb6, or run a vm, blaime microsoft for their so called new and better Windows not working properly with existing software. I will try and mark when something like the Dos games doesnt run at all in Windows 7 or 8, though as I said for most games you should be okay installing Vb6 and the various components (just install the Winkit file from Jim Kitchin which has all the correct dependencies to run games written in Vb6). As for games that are literally unavailable like the Bsc titles, well I did have a think about this, but while I have removed pages to games that never existed, it seems a less good idea to remove games that were previously available sinse games have a bad habbit of turnin
g up, look at Dan Zs games, Terraformers, even Shellshock. While flash and browser games do tend to vanish and when theyre gone their gone, with audio games that isnt necessarily the case.

Hi.My question is this, why are there still games in the database that are either to old,or dont work on newer systems. These games have been here for years and as far as I know, nothings been done. Why is this. If you run a site, the idea is to keep the site up to date, is it not?Sure some games might run on xp and some people might still have xp but honestly I feel that quite a few of these games could go.Oh and on another toppic, is anything being done about eric the cleric? I bought the new update about 5 months ago now. If not, is there any way I can get my money back? I doubt it but Im kind of pissed, that i gave money to a compony who promiced so much but yet gave so little.

Re: accessible bitcoin client on windows

Of course we trust the plods and government. Theyre all good people. They would never spy on us, or lock us up for concealing anything at all using encryption, or telling anybody that a government demand for encrypted data is in progress. And the conspiracy by the companies to give us tools to thwart their efforts are merely aids to terrorism, organised crime, drug dealings and child abuse. Why, only recently that superb illustration of blind intellect and stand-up political integrity David Blunkett was saying that very thing. Which is why BitCoin is probably still useful to some especially motivated people. We now know, for example, that the Intel agencies assist the government to win human rights trials by actually sp
ying on client-lawyer communication. Truly horrible. I cant imagine any particular article in such a situation, but I can well imagine that the gov would be entirely willing to freeze assets or otherwise make it difficult to operate within the usual establishment. As you said the problem being that the trail always starts with some exchange of fiat currency, and you just dont know what that data is good for.

I dont know whether to be disturbed or amused that a friend of mine has been showing his four year old daughter the Gibly films (apparently she loves them), though even he admited he might need to change stratogy in a year or so when she can pick up on the disturbingness of the plot . This morning I am going to put my Victor Stream through its paces on a train journey, even more so sinse I managed to get first cclass tickits. East Coast is the best railway in the country for first class, sinse you dont just get free internet and more leg room with perhaps a free coffee if your lucky as happens on Midland, you get a full choice of drinks several time es a journey which go from tea and coffee to alcoholic drinks , and free grub from small snacks like biscuites and crisps to free meals, (they do s
ome good cake and a pretty nice lassagnia).Theres nothing quite as nice as sitting on a warm train on a cold and blustery winters day, sipping a coffee (possibly with a dram of wisky thrown in), and listening to Doctor Who audios, or playing something like the choiceofgames titles or The Engsign.I actually considered as Im watching Buffy buying the choice of the vampire games for a bit of thematic similarity, but then I remembered those are a bit closer to Anne Rice being set in 19th century Nuorleans than Buffys modern hard rock type of atmosphere.Im also now having a try at Astro Galaxy. It is a game Ive liked the look of for the past year or so and have just been waiting for the access fixes to make navigation possible with a screen reader, great that that has finally happened, and I look forward to seeing what in the galaxy I can find.

I enjoyed the Magnificent Seven and also, the stuff like A fistful of Dollars and The Good, Bad and the Ugly. The best one though was when I was in Egypt. I took Yu-Gi-Oh with me and that was so fitting that it wasnt even funny, and I really enjoyed that. Nothing like lying on an Egyptian beach while hearing about a pyramid with duel monster cards, stones and other stuff. Its interesting to imagine.

One tip: use the tablet/mobile format page, it makes finding your desired commands quite easy. Now Im stuck on step 18 of the space Exploration academy tutorial. In step, I am to choose a star and plot my first interstellar jump. I went to navigation and found a handy little table of all the stars I can see from Earth on my nav computer and clicked on Alpha Centauri, my desired destination, then I plotted a course and hit engage. The 4 hours it took for my nav computer to compute the worm hole trajectory has passed. I have a jump command available, but the SEA task says that plotting the course is sufficient to advance, yet Im not getting credit for the task. Dark, have you gotten past this and what did you have to do?

@SebbyYou are from the UK, so you are already free to enjoy all the police state you want.I am from Scandinavia, and we have not yet progressed to locking people up for forgetting their passwords, but I am sure our police would like to have that power.Try Multibit for Windows. Its mostly accessible, and I have successfully transferred and received bitcoins.I have never got any luck with the official Bitcoin client. If you only need a bitcoin address for sending and receiving bitcoins, try blockchain.info or another online wallet.Remember that bitcoin contrary to popular beliefs isnt anonymous, all transactions including IP addresses of sender and receiver are stored in the blockchain.

If youre using moves from the third generation as well (since youre using EV mechanics from that generation), then you could give Hail over Encore on Dugong, and Calm Mind/Fake Tears over Substitute on Jynx. Fake Tears is borderline nasty actually, since it will force switches onto the spikes Cloyster might have laid earlier in the match. You could, were you so inclined, have Cloyster use Explosion over Protect, the better to do greater damage.

Re: Hypothetical: Accessifying paintball/nerf/laser tag?

hi.Ive played laser tag a few times and I think that the game really has potential for accessibility. first we were able to choose between different sounds so one team had a set of sounds and the other team other sounds. this helped us a lot in distinguishing between teams. also when you play laser tag you dont get hit by anything but you have a bandana on your head which makes a sound if you are hit. I think that a vibration motor could be added to announce when you have a target in front of the gun because all the guns and bandanas are connected this would not be so hard hard to do. I played with a group of blind people. it was fun but the arena was not so accessible. luckily they let us wander around a few minutes before the match to get familiar with the arena.

Re: Mortal Kombat x officially announced!

If the personalities arent that vibrant to you assault_freak, you arent paying attention. That stream by the devs isnt a good way to get what you want.Find the trailers and teasers for each character, then find the Netherkast on youtube and listen to what community players are saying about the game.Remember, each character has three variations which means three characters in one (like the three stances in Deadly Alliance but better executed because each variation is its own fleshed out play style). They are opening up the ways people will fight. For instance, Player 1 picks Scorpian; Player 2 picks Sub-zero. That gives each player three different options and multiple possibilities for how fights will play out; making the casual and the tournament scenes more unpredictable. Also, they havent even started talk of the improvements for online play or the online mode which is touted as something ever-changing. And the story mode will be
where the single player game shines because of the 25 year timeline they are giving themselves to work with. This means it could be a story mode which, (in theory), could be twice as long as Mortal Kombat 2011. Boon has stated that this game has the largest list of new characters in a while and we havent seen them yet. The studio is playing things very close to the vest.

What Im proposing is a hack, admittedly, but there are ways to get the job done. Heck, everybody cuts corners in other areas anyway, so if a sloppy hack turned an app from impossible to somewhat annoying but manageable (rooting and the like) Im personally for it.Mind you Ive done some pretty crazy things in order to limp through an application so maybe Im the odd man out; I managed to convince a tech support rep at Haupauge to download and run a quick and dirty script I wrote while on the phone with him to expose mouse positions, window sizing parameters etc and managed to hac together a solution that made their app work. Basically homemade shortcut keys.Of course when the next release came out it was all for not but it was great while it lasted.

Re: Hypothetical: Accessifying paintball/nerf/laser tag?

Dark, my mention of LARP was in the very loose sense that theres a scenario. Where the roleplay aspect of milsim starts and ends is the scenario, there isnt really any roleplaying since theoretically any tactics that work in real life would work with paintball or airsoft guns. The major exception as I noted is that people tend to wear more military style clothing with guns modified to look more like real firearms.Simba, interesting to know. Have you any special method for telling who is on which team? Also do you find you get to know the locations of obstacles in your local field? Im also assuming youre using the site rental markers.Nin, again interesting. I know as a child the Sega LockOn infra red guns had a feature whereby when you were aiming at an opponents headband it would bleep to warn them and play another sound when hit. Something like that should be very feasible, though it would require a continual beam being sent
out from the gun which differs in some way from the firing beam to inform the receiver when it is being painted and then some kind of response to signal the gun that the headband has picked up the beam.

Re: Accessible C++ Compiler

Yes, Ive done crazy things too. But by the time Im doing something crazy, the app is not accessible. Being able to use an app doesnt make it accessible, not by any definition youd want to make meaningful. Yes, you have to. But if you promote that, the entire accessibility world becomes workarounds, and we dont want that. This is meaningless, however: the big companies arent going to use your little hack because they are selling a commercial product. Anything that changes the experience for someone who isnt blind is questionable, and the justification to get it into the product will probably be involving at least 10 people. You cant fix it for one release either; thats not good enough. I need IDE x for my job, and when we upgrade, what? Do I get fired? Saddled with a sighted assistant for all of every day? In the end, the command prompt is easier for this particula
r discussion--it requires almost 0 workarounds, especially for the command prompt friendly languages. But in general, for Windows and Linux, theres basically no resources that I can throw you at for desktop accessibility. Mac is a bit better in this regard, but not tremendously so. You could probably get small companies to do it, but not for this-maybe 10% of blind people are programmers of the caliber required to get a job, and companies dont seem to care about hobbyists that arent buying the product. Could you convince them of the wonderful world of blind customers? No, not really. The good news is that we have a number of new laws coming into play that will make companies have to care, especially if they want to sell to education, but its not there yet. And blind programmers will probably always be shafted in this regard for the simple reason that there are not enough of us by any stretch of the imagination.Pe
ople dont realize how amazing the web is in this regard. With just a little HTML knowledge, a copy of NVDA, and an afternoon with the internet, one person can often do it. With desktop apps, it requires more--usually C++, always COM, almost always access to the window callback procedure (some GUI frameworks let you intercept this properly), a huge amount of boiler plate for even simple little things like labeling. I can point at the necessary MSDN pages if theres interest, but its certainly not for the faint of heart.

Re: Mortal Kombat x officially announced!

Astralaudio and CanC, Im still intrigued by this game... but Im always a bit of a skeptic when it comes to MK games, mostly because until MK 2011 they always hyped up the games and had disappointing results. Three variations are cool, but they have to be balanced enough that there wont be any broken or overpowered characters, and just because they have many new characters, that doesnt mean theyll be the best designs or what have you. Im not knocking the game, in fact Im very curious to get more news and more direct gameplay feeds with less commentary. Im glad to see them finally trying the variation system that Capcom and SNK tried way back in the 90s. Street Fighter alpha 3, Capcom VS. SNK 2 and Samurai Shodown VI are just some examples of each character having different play styles. In any event, we shall see... and as to the story mode being the shining point, just my personal opinion... but with 25 years of timeline to work with,
they actually just screwed the entire thing up with MK 2011... they basically rewrote the whole story when they decided the series needed a reboot. lol And while the presentation was decent, the voice acting couldve been better... and there were so many gaping plot executions that went south... how many characters they killed off, for example. But anyway, my rants over... I dont want to come off as too critical or someone who doesnt appreciate good presentation or effort. Im interested to see how this develops... everyone has different views on character personality. Some people considered MK 2011 or Injustice to have vibrant characters, and I think Injustice did simply because it was based on heroes who already had years of comic history behind them... whereas MKs story mode never really flushes out the character personalities and backgrounds imho. Tekken is one Ive always seen as one with a lot of personality, even in the one liners... ev
en Ultra Street Fighter IV which is one of the games I enjoy the most has boring character personalities. lol But at the end of the day, this seems solid so far... but for me personally, the internal game mechanics and fighting engine are where its going to matter the most. Sorry for the wall of text. hahaha.

Re: Braillemon status update!

The moves are usually slightly different (usually because in Gen I, youd get stupid crap like Erikas Tangela only knowing Bind and Constrict, or Champion Rivals Exeggutor with Hypnosis/Barrage/Stomp), but the moves go to Gen II and have Gen II functionality in most cases. Also in some cases there are illegal moves like Lances Dragonite knowing Barrier (which really doesnt fit on a dragonite anyhow). In other cases its because of the TM they give out (Brocks Onix knows Curse for example).I like your ideas, puts a lot of pressure on the enemy. I might make some tweaks to the AI since right now in braillemon its quite iffy sometimes (although I finally squashed that bug that causes the AI to freeze a few months back).

Re: Clok Mud

The Shadgarde graveyard is good. Before you set off make sure you have enough rations and bandages though, the bandages will help heal any scrapes you get.To get there head out of the town into the wilderness, in case you dont know go to the entrance area and go arch then wander. From there go south then southeast, then join a patrolman as they come through. Theyll escort you to the other side of the pass where you can leave their group and from there just head southeast/east until you get to a fork where the road heads south and follow that all the way down until you cant go any further, for now therell be some pumpkin lanterns there as a useful landmark. From there go northwest, west, go trail, go gate.Remember you will need to eat your rations as you go along, use status to check your fatigue and hunger and if youre hungry go ahead and eat one. You dont need to eat at slightly hungry unless you dont think youll have
much chance in the near future, like if you know youre heading into a fight.

Dark, the one down thing about a VI fight club would be that everyone would have to know some form of combat sport or style whether that be a martial art or any different type of combat sport. But I agree... definitely an easier option, and a lot of blind people would probably get a kick out of it... no pun intended.Simba and Nin, good to know about both your experiences... I love paintball and laser tag both, but have never tried either. And for the record, I think cord would be a good idea... Im a goalball player, and cord on the ground isnt so hard to feel if its think enough and has tape over it to hold it in place, even if youre running.

2014-11-10 Thread AudioGames . net Forum — General Game Discussion : aaron via Audiogames-reflector

audiogamers: it's writing time, NaNoWriMo!

Hello all,For the month of November there is something thats happening on the internet called NaNoWriMo, short for National Novel Writing month, although why its known as National, I cant be sure, as its an internet-based event anyway.I dont know if this should be in general game discussion or off topic room, and Ill explain why.You have until 1December to finish a piece based on one, or maybe even more than one, Audiogame, only rule being that it has to have an Audiogame of some sort in it, but apart from that, it doesnt have to be restricted: yes, there can be mainstream game crossovers and characters from films. This includes story-based sequels, character stories, or, even just general writings about Audiogames that arent reviews, but allow worldbuilding or who knows what else.Want to see what would happen if Doctor Bastard ended up in the Swamp universe? have at it! Want an appearance by the Nightjar beca
use you didnt want the game to end? rock on. Thats just two examples, Im sure many of you will be able to come up with something. Will I be taking part myself? I honestly dont know, if I can think of something Ill give it a shot though, but at the same time Im tempted to just sit back and watch.Post a link to your story when you are done. Also, post small samples of your work if you wish, to allow others to give feedback. If you are then satisfied and can get your story into a completed state by December, Ill create a news post with your stories, although for crossovers based on other works Im not sure what Im going to do yet. However, the Audiogame based ones will definitely get one.Developers: I know that your characters are your property, and I respect that, Im sure many others do. Remember, this is just for fun, but if any devs have any objections to their characters being featured in stories please chime in
sooner rather than later, but please come up with an idea based on your game that people can write about, as that way, all games can be accounted for.Happy writing!

When we play Goalball, the cord and tape is placed on the floor in key spots to draw out the appearance of the court. That way by shuffling their feet can tell exactly where they are on the court. Cords atatched to players would not work at all for the type of sport goalball is. hahaha. Though itd be a fun experiment to see how wheter a team could function well tied together.

@cx2If you are only transferring bitcoins from address to another, you can take steps to increase your anonymity. However, its really difficult if not impossible to retain any anonymity when you need to convert bitcoins to fiat currency, or when you want to pay for a physical shipment.I would also be very hesitant doing that, because such an act is difficult to anonymize and may, depending on your nations laws, constitute money laundering.

Re: MAINSTREAM GAMES - list of accessible video games - update 27/01/14

Two more fighting games for those who are into them. The first one is one set to be released this week in Japan. Good news for ps3 users is, of course ,since your ps3 is region-free all you have to do is either import it or create a Japanese playstation network account to be able to download the digital version. If anyone wants to know how, post here and I can write up some quick tips... though its honestly not that difficult. lolDengeki Bunko: Fighting ClimaxDengeki Bunko is a publishing company in Japan that publishes primarily light novels, which are often then adapted from those into Manga and or anime. this is a crossover fighting game developed by Sega to celebrate the 25th year that this imprint has been around... not a lot of crazy chaotic mechanics in this game, more about solid combos and a good ground game, similar to skullgirls or Street Fighter. The game is currently already released for arcades in Japan and is set for ps3 and ps vita release this we
ek in Japan. Here is a video of some tournament footage in an arcade in Akihabara, tokyo. There is commentary, but the audio comes through clearly enough... and I must say the audio sounds pretty good! Definitely will be giving this a try... and will post more videos when I can / if I get the game. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqiBg1dtie8The second game is already out, but again is only available in Japan at the moment. The keyword is at the moment... as this game will be coming to North America in March of next year! Under Night in-birth is a completely new and original fighting game, developed by the same studio that made Melty blood based on the Tsukihime visual novel. this game features more combos, but like Fighting climax has no crazy Air Mechanics or air dashing, and a more ground-based and fundamentals bas
ed style of play. The unique thing about this game is a system called the grd system which gives players small advantages for calculated use of both defense and offense, so it discourages players who just sit around and block all day. Again, this has a similar pace to Skullgirls, and is a little faster then Ultra street fighter IV. Heres another video, and the first match is a bad example of combos vs. fundamentals... one player seems not to know how to play the game at all so gets pummelled into the ground. Enjoy!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rS8jlB_FFoUBoth of these fighting games look to have very interesting gameplay mechanics, and a good solid audio presentation as well. The lack of stereo audio probably turns some people off... but seeing as they are designed for the arcades, given how loud it is in there most people probably dont care. Japanese developers, particularly smaller studios h
ave always seemed to prioritize gameplay over audio positioning... though some bigger studios such as Capcom and Namko do a much better job. Comment and discuss, as always!

Im not a politics expert by any means but Id assume coming even close to internationalization on something like that would be near impossible so youd still have software coming out of other countries with problems. What do you define as true accessibility? Are you strongly against software that makes you either root or use your readers scripting functionality?

Second, I must say, the new sub zero has a much cooler voice. The guy from before kinda had an annoying voice. He sounds kinda like Kabal but a bit more robotic in this one though. I saw a few videos on youtube today and there are definitely more characters. Noob, kitana, and rain are being hinted at, but Kitana died in mk 9... But I also found out that quan chi is ressurecting the casualties of the war in mk 9 as revenants. Maybe zombie liu kang will make an appearance? But goro is gonna be my main man. Re: audiogamers: it's writing time, NaNoWriMo!

Hmm. interesting... I dont know if its really my thing though. To be honest, audiogames dont really give you much to work with. In my experience, there seems to be more arcade games out there than actual story based games. The few that do leave barely anything to expand on, and this seems just like a major fan fic contest for the blind gamer. And besides, mainstream games are more my style, audiogames are there for when I need to be quiet when Im gaming or when Im on the road or something. Kinda ironic, I know but still. I might consider it but by the time I make my decision it probably wont matter.

Re: Accessible C++ Compiler

The laws Im aware of are US only, but I believe they will affect non-US companies which wish to sell to the US. Im not 100% up on this issue, but were finally getting more and better usability requirements--at the moment, the biggest issue is that theres a checklist and the checklist is all that matters, the end. Look up 508 Refresh. Also CVAA. Theres another one thats currently important, but Im not remembering the name.Im not sure what you mean by root, not in a Windows context. Since Linux accessibility is worse than Mac accessibility, Im not bringing it into this discussion--theyre not even able to get things like audio right, let alone have the huge driving force that Windows benefited from. Im specifically against unscalable solutions and, unfortunately, screen reader scripting is such no matter how you slice it. You move the tremendous amount of resources needed
to make apps accessible from the people writing those apps, pile them up in the corner, and dump them on one, usually small, company. While I fully understand the reasoning and know that without it accessibility would probably have been stillborn, the Jaws philosophy of scripting everything is now coming back to bite us in a way. People are used to solutions that involve hacking the graphics card and the app developers have this mentality of someone elses problem. We suffer from a lack of tutorials, and its just generally shoved into the corner. The truth of the matter is that it really belongs to the GUI frameworks, and that if people like QT put a big push behind making it work wed suddenly have hundreds and hundreds of apps that just started being fine. Ill take the workarounds when I have to. but I will never endorse them because it just hurts everyone in the long run.As for Visual studio and Sodbeans, well, I tr
ied Sodbeans once and didnt really get anything out of it at all. Visual Studio tends to have this little trend of becoming less accessible, with a hard dip for VS 2012. At the moment, the debuggers dont work with anything but jaws. This falls under the hacky workarounds that hurt us. I reported it and Microsoft doenst care. Other funny little things: submenus dont show up as submenus and you have to recognize them because theyre the only menu items that are unchecked according to the accessibility API, alt-tabbing out works inconsistently (I think this has to do with color scheme, but you can get stuck in a strange phantom menu bar), 2012 at least had multiple places where you could tab in but not back out, and thats when I gave up. Im 100% sure there is more. Jaws works around some of this with display driver hooking, but its still definitely unpleasant. 2008 and 2005 are mu
ch, much better and, if you (like many others who have not had to deal with invalid pointers or have never tried one) think debuggers arent necessary, its almost fine. but not great, not fast, and definitely unpleasant.

@gellman: unfortunately, this board only allows you to upvote a post once. But I absolutely agree, and wish I had the fortitude to say as much.My Work Capability Assessment from ATOS Healthcare (Google it, go on, I dare you) is coming up in a fortnight. Im very anxious, not because of the outcome (will I work, or will I continue receiving aid) but because of the means employed to reach it. These assessments are essentially designed to disqualify as many people from receiving state aid as possible, without regard for support needs, ambitions, emotion, risk or anything else aside from the costs. I would gladly contribute to society for all the right reasons, on my own terms and in my own time, but Im sure as hell not cutting myself out for governments and their corporate pals when all theyre trying to do is claw back even more money from disabled people, like me, who absolutely fucking depend on it to actually subsist. And for the record, in this country we&
#039;re really quite well-off compared to many other places, despite the governments neoliberal agenda, so Ill give props where its due to good social institution. So yeah, if you are one of these self-righteous people purely motivated by and justified by material concerns rather than a full understanding of the issues preventing disabled people from working, please just go and work for Microsoft or a large Responsible corporation, and give up any real hope of happiness or fulfilment, and keep your delusions to yourself. Thank you.

Re: Accessible C++ Compiler

Well, thats a conversation we cant quite have. I use NVDA. I left jaws after the our authorization scheme wont work on your machine, its your fault, why dont you go edit BIOS, fine, have a dongle phone call. Also it was crashing my system hard at least twice a week. But the general concept? Yeah, I used it, and I do use the NVDA equivalents. The problem I have with it is that their method is to literally scrape via your graphics card, and theyre so set in it that the rumor mill (I cant substantiate, but its coming from people I believe to know what theyre talking about) says that the reason we still have Mirror Display Drivers is because FS begged for them. The things that work with Jaws and not with NVDA are the things wherein the app developer did nothing, jaws decided to script, and mirror display drivers are involved. Now that the commercial screen readers are on the wan
 e, well.

@SebbyI sincerely empathize with you and wish you the best.My point regarding accessibility is however broader in that I do not subscribe to the premise that accessibility is a benefit we should enjoy or negotiate depending on our ability or will to work.I shall stress that it isnt an argument you have put forth, but very often this implication is lurking in the debat beneath the surface. -- that blind people should prove themselves in order to deserve full accessibility. But I think this logic is wrong because it does not recognize that we in most areas of live are already at a disadvantage and that we even in social settings are often not treated fairly by which is meant according to the moral standards proclaimed as the golden rule by society.Fortunately I have had the privilege of growing up not in the UK or US but in a socialist Scandinavian welfare state. There is a lot of good to say in
favor of the UK and the US and some of your blind organizations are doing great work, but when it comes to caring for our basic economic needs, Ill take my own socialist statist welfare state over any experimentation.
