Is there a quick way to grind gold? did some searching through this topic and didn't see anything that stood out. Am not going to read through all the posts either since a lot of them are about how this game is just a shameless ripoff of pokemon. That argument is simply mongoloid imo and I don't care to see it. Also is there a place where I am more likely to see groups of higher level enemies for grinding xp on? I also find it pretty much impossible to believe you are meant to navigate what looks like a maze within 45 seconds and while running at top speed picking up boosters along the way. This is in shadow kingdom f3. What usually ends up happening is I am stuck running back and forth in the same spot like the guards do. There doesn't seem to be any other option than to simply run back and forth and wait for time to run out. Hu Durr. I saw a post earlier on in this thread that said you start out generally going northwest and then northe
 ast and then a straight shot east? so are you trying to clear the map or get to another door or something? There's no way you do that in 45 seconds unless you're just that lucky. It just looks like a bunch of alcoves and recesses and dead ends along all the walls to me, some of them with speed boosters laying there. I just thought it was a way to trip people up and get them stuck running in place if they weren't careful. And then there are a few boosters up and to the right of where you start. Are you meant to backtrack for those? Basically I'm seeing this as an opportunity to play the hit wall sound for 45 seconds at a time.

The rope is a special item you get just before the fifth stadium. You're not there yet, Peach. It'll allow you to climb trees and poles and stuff, particularly if it says that there's something unusual about them. I'm...not precisely sure what makes one tree "unusual" enough to climb while another isn't, but there ya go. It's sort of a neat idea.Haha. Running the factory with a team of 4 currently, and my poor starter is falling badly behind. Gonna have to grind him on Starwalk Mountain, methinks.Currently have Fiendour level 49, Dramagon level 48, Mondevol level 48 and Banyardan level 38. I've been keeping the last two slots open because I'm still undecided on who to try next. Embird? one of the Mutmo transformations (probably Duskond or Elvond)? Grizzlord? I'm just not sure.

Ideas for post game content.Help rebuild the towns and areas ruined by Octoross. Could contribute gold, bring specific manamon that are known to be helpful in construction, etc. Rebuilt towns could have something special about them, some new treasure, maybe someone new willing to trade you a manamon, etc. The last destroyed city could even have it's stadium rebuilt. Same with Snowstar city.Find the alien ship that crashed on Paladin Point, unless it really is just a legend. But any gamer knows that almost nothing legendary in a game remains a myth. Not exactly sure what could happen here unless manamon were created that aren't in whatever database the manapedia draws it's scans from. Or perhaps the aliens have survived in seclusion and your goal would be to help them collect the pieces of their spaceship, hidden in various places and dungeons so that they can leave.I hope something eventually gets done with that space center gate, provided there's really nothing to do with it in the game currently. I have no idea what though, unless there was some kind of a link between it and the aliens, maybe someone in the space center would like to research something from their ship, kind of like the ruins of alph where you study the unown in Pokémon.Perhaps a way to actually try to do what you said for Rena? Maybe even a way to help get that family started back on the right track? Sorry, maybe I'm the only one who thinks this way, but I'm just not into the whole vengeance thing, an eye for an eye and all that. I know some people are just ridiculously bull-headed but there's gotta be a happy ending in there somewhere.Something to do with the cliffs at San-cot beach? Maybe you could get a glider post-game and this would open up locations you could fly from into hidden valleys and such, primarily the cliffs for a start.Something to do with the dirty sewer water? Maybe some way to cross over the pools into other areas of the sewer with treasure in them?Something to do with the vents? I know they're just vents, but they're pretty big vents if they take 5 or 6 steps to get across on a side. I don't know why but right from the start of the game, I imagined something to do with these vents. Hidden item caches? Hidden dungeons buried beneath the buildings, only accessible via the ventelation systems?Maybe even a way to get Opal Bay it's own stadium, as stadium master? There is that guy that was petitioning for it, but that might be a bit of a stretch. Just figured if anyone could get the thing built, it'd probably be the stadium master.I think that's all I've got for now without really reaching.

Domestress can be found in an area accessed by climbing a tree in Dimbranch Jungle with the rope. Start from the Elizar Housefront side, it's much closer that way.2. Go to the breeder with a Steelion and Redonkius in your inventory and see what happens.3. I am quite sure that gate remains permanently locked.4. Have you caught Irroadium and Ziognius? If not, you should try. If you do, another very short dungeon opens up with another mythical in it at level 80.Seriously, that rocket sub-plot thing lasts like a minute and a half, and then your actual endgame story is done. It's all "We have to go now, bye!" and that's it. Pity you can't rematch your rival somewhere in the postgame.Ah well, can't have it a

It would be better if his changelog was descriptive and had more detail in it. That's what most worthwhile changelogs do.And Peach, you don't hold the arrow keys, you tap them. You'll find you move your little cursor faster that way. You shouldn't have any trouble getting your target number of ships if you tap the arrow keys rapidly to move your target left and right. I haven't read the info, but does it tell you to tap or hold? If it says hold, it's blatantly wrong and needs fixing.FlameElchemist, posting a huge long error message is well and good, but you're so, so vague.When did this happen? Which fight? What exactly happened in order to provoke the error? Was it one of Octoross's manamon fainting, or did it happen in a dialogue approaching the fight, or did it happen when you won, or had a manamon of your own die, or when you lost, or what?Just saying "I got this error in an Octoross fight" isn't 
 that helpful. It's like saying "Can you help I keep getting killed". And you're infamous for such things.

ok,  I'm going to smack something.  does anyone have any tips for that  space game where you have to shoot ships.  I'm hitting my left or right arrows,  and holding them,  till the thing is mostly centered, and shooting, but  most I've gotten was 3 ships.  and I need to  play that to unlock the door.  so far, those scaled fights aren't too bad,  thankfully you get healed before every fight.  at least the two I've been in you have been.

No. A chip tune is an audio file. I know this because I acquired the AAC music at one time. I did not back it up, however, and it doesn't seem to be available any more, so I need to extract it myself.

Oh [[wow]]. Brawl indeed, by the sound of it.I've never seriously used Sprucel's line because it looked like it was going to basically use Power Leaf ad nausium, and it didn't have any disabling moves that I saw. Solar Conversion is nice though.Actually, Aaron, if you still read this, I have an idea.You know how Paladin has a bonus where hidden items are revealed if you do a sort of optional side-quest? Well, why not do that with manamon? After 50 caught, or something like that, you get an item which, when equipped, reveals hidden items as if they weren't hidden. That way it still does take up an equipment slot - I'd be willing to take some stat penalties for it if I was hunting hidden stuff - but it does stop the relentless hammering of the space or enter button.Incidentally, I find some areas have a lot of hidden items, and some really, really don't. Like the ruins and sewers. I don't think I found a single hidden item
  there. Did find a few chests, but that's about it. And that's fine, not every area has to be swimming in secrets, it just felt a tiny bit inconsistent. I don't love having to tap the enter key so relentlessly to find secrets. It's a really excellent way to wear out a keyboard. Haha.Did find 1500 gold somewhere northeast of my house though, which is neat because it jacks up your starting gold by quite a bit.

Thanks, I actually just picked up a purple ring now on my second playthrough, wasn't even hidden, I guess I just didn't go that way the first time around. I do wish there was another way to find hidden items though. Like I found a couple of them in the middle of a totally open field. At this point I just constantly press C while i'm walking around, which gets kind of tiring on the fingers, and i'm libel to miss text if someone starts talking and I don't stop myself quick enough. Maybe a slight noise while you walk over the item would help? It doesn't need to have a range, it can play only when you take the step onto it. Just some way where I don't have to press C/enter/space constantly while I play.About to head through the jungle on my second playthrough. Currently have Fauntazaur level 35, and Recobrah, Fiendour, Sprucel, Skiriel and Leonitar all level 34. I stopped to grind a bit at the beginning of the jungle, because I noticed the sha
 dow children had higher levels than me. Level 34 should fix that problem. Definitely not my final team, Skiriel will be replaced at some point soon, and others will get booted if they start to fail me, but so far I do like the rest. Sprucel is no Bulpine, but what it has that Bulpine doesn't is a setup move that boosts defense as well as strength, so he can become a beast against things that only use physical attacks. He also has a better standard move than Bulpine, so until Earthquake would've been a thing, his coverage isn't too bad.I wonder where the second upgrade installer is, I just found the one near the jungle, that was not hidden. I think someone said there's a hidden one somewhere too. Not that I need both, just musing.

Mondivol, as I think I've said before, is a freaking tank. You do have a couple of magic types, but thankfully, shadow-type mons are fairly rare and most aren't terribly dangerous. Congrats on actually building a good team.Only thing is: watch out for ice moves. You can handle ice types fairly well, but Lionatar, Bulpine and Oristar are all weak to ice, while Mortrex, Hydrobird (well, Dramagon) and Mondivol are all neutral. That may become an issue, I'm not sure, though that flame mythical will pretty neatly nip that in the bud. Unless we're talking about Arctana threatening you, which is water-ice and really quite fast to boot. I've never understood why enemy Arctana always seem so dangerous, but the one I mucked around with was kind of underwhelming. Maybe I just didn't raise it right.

I don't remember if this was already answered in the past 200 plus posts.  but to the one looking for the purple ring,  I found it in the arcade hideout level 2.yeah, unlocked the game this morning, and in the past 12 hours,  I beat stadium 2, 3, and now working my way though hideout.I think, I've got to go actually do something productive now,  lolbut lonar transformed!  and slash, battle cry, roar, and quake are nice.  lonar owned that first, I'm going to assume scaled fight with the fire manamon.as it stands now.leonitar, 33bulpine, 29oristar 32mortrex, 30hydrobird 24mondibal, 26I'm working on leveling up the 20 ones.  I may back out of arcade and work on them a bit.speaking of when does hydrabird  transform?next question,  if I exit the arcade hideout, will I have to play the games to unlock the doors again.and third ques

Well, I'm still not violating any laws. There is no license agreement that comes with AAC that says that I can't, so I am free to do as I see fit.@Figment, I do love PE explorer. I got it last night as an attempt to get the sounds. It certainly helped me locate the virtual memory address where they are located.Unfortunately, I cannot find that DLL Xsense mentioned. I have all three unpacking plug-ins (NSPack, UPXPacker, and Upack) and none of them can get the sounds from the executable. I have used the exact search phrase that you guys wanted me to search for. I found nothing related to such a plug-in. If any of you guys can PM me a link to download it, that would be appreciated, as I'm getting nowhere and telling me to google it is getting me nowhere. I've tried PE explorer, resource hacker, resource tuner, and several debuggers and haven't gotten anywhere. So, please stop being all mysterious and please start giving me useful advice that will
  actually help me in this matter.

Righto. Fifth stadium is done. Fiendour damn near solo'd it, got two and a half levels out of it, learned Crunch. Awesome.What's not so awesome is that I saw a Grandlan using Flame Rampage. How in the blue hell is he doing that? He's not holding an item which permits it (I don't even think there is such an item), and my Grandlan got to level 50-something and never learned Blaze Rampage from what I can recall.So am I led to believe that, at times at least, the stadium leaders have specific moves that we will never have on our manamon of the same level? If so, that's kind of a kick in the teeth, particularly in light of how freaking limited stuff is already. It has a change log now. Not a very descriptive change log, but there ya go. Monja line now gets Shadow Claw, and Stone Throw/Rock Barrage are now physical, as they should be. He also broke nets for a bit, but he fixed it. Beyond that, I'm not sure. There was a weird volume issue but I think I fixed it.As for the ice crystals, please use the search feature. I posted a little guide as to how to find them, and it's here in the thread. I don't blame you for not wanting to comb through page by page, but if you type in "ice crystals" that should narrow your search a little.I'm just about to hit the fifth stadium. Currently have a team of level 35 Banyardan, level 40 Fiendour, level 44 Dramagon and level 45 Mondevol. This poor stadium has no chance. None.

Hi. Selving is not a good idea in my opinion. Also I don't want to be harsh but Dardar has stopped working to he's train sim and now he's interest awaken because Nick wants to develope a true sim? We never heard any news about train sim maybe for a year so I think that you will not upset him. Also, I don't think that Nathan's one can be called as a train sim. I hate to burst your bubble, but PE Explorer is not free unless you are using a cracked copy, and if I recall correctly, the trial version has some features disabled.While I knew about PE Explorer's plug in system because I've written one, I didn't know somebody had created an music extractor for it, though now that I think about it, doing that wouldn't be very hard.With PE Explorer and a good hex editor like Hex Workshop, I could easily extract anything I wanted from an executable. However explaining how to do it is beyond the scope of this forum. Plus I'd have concerns about the legality of posting such instructions here, so I won't, sorry.What other people here and I are trying to say is, if you really want it, it's easy enough to find instructions for what you want to do with some googling around.BTW: PE explorer is a fantastic program and worth every penny of the asking price.

Hay Aaron Baker, I just finished the game!Treate product so far.I'm glad to see the game is still getting updates.Speaking of updates, in a feuture version, could you take out the error message that speaks if check for updates at startup is enabled and no connection is found?This would be good for people like me who play the game offline, but would like to leave that feature on so we don't have to wait for manamon to load to check for updates when we do goe online.If an update is found, might it be possible to allow the game to exit after copying the link to the clipboard so we don't have to wait for the game to load all the way up?Nice decision making the vgstorm logo play before the game loads so we can still exit with alt f4 if we launch the game by mistake, by the way.Later!

to the person who was asking about the shadow warrior, he's in the city now. as for me, i owned siera. or how ever you spell her. poor girl didn't have the chants after she lost her flame. oh, and speaking of that, why does she always choose second? why cant she choose first sometimes? like there will be 50% chants that she will choose, and 50% that you will. i don't know, but it's seems a little unfair when i choose first because she will pick the type which will give me a pain later on. 1 more thing: so, i'm forgetting something, picked ice crystal on star f1, then picked up crystal at the Snowstar city after it blew, well, the stadian did. then picked up near paladin and in paladin. what am i missing? i seen a statue that holds ice crystals, but... there's 5 of them and i have only 4. i'm almost at the shadow kingdom again, let's hope i won't fail like i did last time. just  have to swim through the see, oh, and i will check out
  the trail east of Amica as well, because last time i've been there it was blocked by deep water. well see ya and most of my party is at 50. i do wish octiross fight would be 6 on 6 because that way it would be faster.

Hay Aaron Baker, I just finished the game!Treate product so far.I'm glad to see the game is still getting updates.Speaking of updates, in a feuture version, could you take out the error message that speaks if check for updates at startup is enabled and no connection is found?This would be good for people like me who play the game offline, but would like to leave that feature on so we don't have to wait for manamon to load to check for updates when we do goe online.Later!

(followup to my last post. As before, endgame spoilers)W! I completely destroyed Irrodium this time. Didn't even end up using all that many revives/herbs. Final team was level 60 Martiagle, Arctana, Recobrah, Erroir, Bellard and Fyngon. Worked fine.Paralyzed him with Recobrah right away, switched to Fyngon and hit him with suffocate occasionally, as well as subliminal radio wave from Bellard. Then just kept hammering him with fridgid touch and fly/cyclone claw, and attacks from the others when someone in my main three died.

So I thought you guys might like to know there’s a petition to make Pokemon Go blind accessible. Apparently the changes would be pretty simple to implement. The petition just started up about a week ago, and it’d be really great to spread the word and keep up the support for it, since success could mean a gateway to encourage more companies to make mainstream games playable! Good luck with that fight. If you have an ice type and if you're a little bit lucky, you should manage all right. Even without an ice type you might be okay as long as you can lower his defense, raise your attack (or both) and basically outrace him.

@Xsense, true. But when I do search for it I get nothing promising. PE Explorer already comes with the UPX unpacking plug-in along with several other unpacking plug-ins. And when I open aac.exe, it says that none of those plug-ins actually work. At least, not on the executable file. So yeah. Not helpful, unfortunately.

So Mondevol is a freaking tank, which is great because he's a magic-electric type and has some weird weaknesses. He also gets Superspark. He's also gonna get Vulnerability Scan, which is a pretty weak move honestly but I suppose at least it guarantees super-effective damage. Still, though, most mons who know that move are either 1. able to do bigger damage even if it's not super-effective or 2. apt to switch out of a disadvantageous situation.Wonder if any of you have tried Chiroperta/Ghoperto, and if so, if they're worth using. They seem a lot like Viralite (which is to say, fairly frail, quite fast, and big on status but with low attacking stats). Am I wrong?Also, why is Viralite ghost-flying and not, say, ghost-poison or even ghost-poison-flying? It's purely a virus, that sounds like poison to me.There really aren't a lot of poison types in the game as it stands. There's Turoison, the Ratsal family, the Sansaron family, and t
 he Pythor family who has a crippling weakness to both earth and magic (hello, Gronk). Is that it, or am I missing one?Also, does anyone with a Zinderbat/Oristar know if they actually get any halfway decent air attacks like Cyclone Claw or, better yet, Wind Force? And do they ever learn Magic Wave? Seems like Enchantethol syndrome thus far. Low attack, but all their attacks play off the attack stat. Something fast like that could be a really neat addition to a team if it's got the right stat setup.

Dark there are times I wish I Didn't know how to do all of that stuff!  Everyone from in-laws to cousins regularly call upon me to help with household repairs and other manual labor type stuffs.  Not that I'm complaining, I like to help, but every once in a while I consider gifting another relative one of those "home repair for dummies" book sets and twiddling my thumbs evilly while I wait for my plan to work.Well CAE, I'll toss something new into the mix and maybe it will jog your memory and you'll know what you were going to talk about.  I just finished a fairly annoying clean up after a project failed.Jennifer has a cousin who has an interest in backyard metal working, more specifically, he wants to make some tools/items by pouring molten metal into self made molds.  (Heh, firefox says "moulds" is spelled incorrectly so I went with "molds")  I don't have a proper foundry and haven'
 ;t had spare cash to build one, so I've been making due with what I have... a steel dish shaped fire pit.Because I don't get to spend time with the cousin very often, I have been trying to work the bugs out of the process by myself, to make the most of when we are together.  A few weeks ago I had time to melt down some zinc (our aluminum stand-in until we have a proper foundry (which is our iron stand-in since it's unlikely we can make a foundry capable of melting iron)) but I didn't have an actual mold handy.  Earlier in the week I had a little time to shape out a clay mold for a big pair of pliers, and setting it aside to slowly dry.  Today I believed the mold had set long enough, so I once again fired up the foundry and forced the neighbors listen to the sound of my shop vac, haha.I wasted a ton of my charcoal because I had the blower incorrectly positioned without realizing it, causing most of the heat to be sent away from where I
  wanted it.  That was a bummer because I'm using charcoal I made myself previously, and I only have a limited supply before I'd have to spend hours making more.  Aprone is too cheap to buy charcoal, as we all expect, but also it's because the charcoal briquets used for cook outs are not real charcoal.  Those are real charcoal ground up, mixed with sand and a few other things, and then compressed into that briquet shape.  Good for low heat cooking, but not ideal for a foundry.So once I had the blower back on track, it didn't take long to get things ready.  I slid my clay mold out from where it had been heating up and I put on my blacksmith gloves (the only safety equipment I use because I'm too cheap to buy any and the gloves were ones I Found a decade ago).  You have to scrape slag off of the surface of the molten metal, and I personally use a long gutter nail that fell off of my house years ago.  One of these days I
  need to find something better, because it is pretty terrible for the job.  Today I wasn't thinking and picked up the nail with my non gloved hand a few minutes after scraping the slag!  Ever notice how you can't drop something fast enough when it's that hot?  Like time slows down and you're waiting for stupid frig'in gravity to take it away from your open hand, but the hot nail just slowly saunters its way away when it feels like it.So yeah, I felt sorta stupid after that mistake.Next I assumed my usual metal pouring position, which is an idiot crouching on his driveway, wearing a blacksmith glove on one hand and holding a garden hose in the other, clutching it as if it were a defensive weapon.  So I start to pour, and wouldn't you know it, the clay mold wasn't entirely dry all the way through.  Crap.A rapid series of loud pops send chips of clay and molten drips of metal in all directions.  I of 
 course jumped back and readied the hose to defend myself if necessary, but there was nothing I could do to save the mold.  It took about 20 seconds before the violent popping stopped, and it looked like a bag of glitter had been mugged and violently beaten in a dark alley.  Tiny metal drips had sprayed everywhere, and they tended to harden in the frantic splash shapes they made upon impact.  So basically tiny dots of metal, with razor sharp spikes and edges sticking up everywhere.  I spend more time barefoot in my back yard then I do wearing shoes, plus I have 2 small nephews, so my only option was to clean it all up.I spent a lot of time slowly crawling around the driveway with a flat screwdriver and pliers, prying each splatter off of the concrete.  It was Not fun.The final piece of bad news is that the mold was shredded.  I knew it wouldn't survive the pouring, but the goal is to have a good metal cast in exchange for killing the c
 lay mold.  What I had was a mangled mess of metal, sort of in the shape of the 2 pliers halves.  The escaping pockets of steam had shredded it as it was hardening, so there is nothing I can do to salvage it.  Yep, that was a huge waste of time and effort, but at least I can tell myself I learned something.  Next

I have played on higher difficulties, up to and including Legend of Ain. Just not recently.I agree that avoiding enemies makes for more grinding later. If my suggestion were implemented, it would actually make grinding and exploration possible at the same time in more levels. But it all depends on whether or not Yukio wants to do this, and whether or not the bug preventing it can be solved.

I am also noticing that when you're in a multi-mon battle, it no longer announces the person who's attacking. When it switched focus, it just said "attack". It used to say something like "Mondevol", and then attack would be highlighted. the point is, it used to let you know who was up next in the turn order, and now the only way to reliably find this out is to know your movelist. No big deal, but I don't see why this was changed. Maybe unintentional, or maybe it actually caters to the majority and I'm the odd one out who likes it the way it was.Either way, thought I'd mention it.Haven't tried capturing any manamon, but if there's an error of that nature when you try and use a net, it gently suggests that maybe nets have had their efficacy changed somewhere, and there's a missing bracket or something in the code that's breaking it. Not sure.Aaron, I'll make the same offer Loxias is, regarding b
 alancing and the like. I know I seem like I'm nipping at you here in the thread, but I'm not intending to. I don't have any other way to reliably communicate what I think and how I feel but here, so that's what I've been doing.Monja getting Shadow Claw is cool. It's a start anyway, like I said. At least gives it some bloody coverage. Shadow Claw is 60 power though, I think, not 50, so it's actually just a hair stronger than Rookie Kick. The Granate line will now be considerably more usable because its Stone Throw will do much more damage coming off its pretty decent attack stat instead of its low special attack.Anyway, yeah. I am also reliably getting the error when attempting to capture a Manamon. It seems right now it is completely impossible to catch anything. An error occurs as soon as you try to use a net.

Looks like Energy Burst and Meteor Rush are still physical attacks. Based on the descriptions these should really be special IMO.Oh, and the Manja line also now appears to learn Shadow Claw. That's the same power as Rooky Kick, but hey, at least it actually gets a shadow move, so thanks for tha too.Aaron, if you'd like, I don't have a problem helping you go through all this stuff and making suggestions. I don't want to take over your game or anything, and we might have different ideas of how the game should be balanced, which is fine if we do, not trying to make it sound like you don't know what you're doing. But if you're open to suggestions and would prefer them in that way rather than us bitching and nipping at your heels in this topic, and don't mind spoiling and putting the entire datasheet in front of someone, I'd enjoy combing through it and suggesting stuff. Again, not trying to insinuate that your game sucks, I jus
 t think with a few tweaks like that, the game can be made more diverse and consequently a lot more fun.
